Article was good value arrived in perfect condition well packaged and delivered quickly.
Would certainly recommend Hatton to others.

Can’t wait to wear the beautiful gold bangle when my birthday arrives - I was delighted when I saw it. I was impressed with the very smart packaging and certificates, the quick response to my queries and the company’s competitive pricing.

Trust worthy

This is the second purchase I have made. So pleased to have found this company. Good value and professional.

Hello I kept looking at the ring I coveted trying to make up my mind whether to buy or not. It is difficult when you cannot go to the shop and try on. I decided to bite the bullet and buy and am so glad I did. The ring is lovely thank you Hatton Jewellers

I had very quick responses to my emailed questions, the purchase was quick and easy and the item arrived right on time.

Fantastic thank you i would highly recommend

Great products. Fast response. Quick delivery. Online chat is a great feature on the website.

Will Definitely use this company again.

Lovely jewellery quick secure post good value for money will shop again in future

Ordered a chain which arrived very quickly. I tried it on and was happy with the quality but decided to exchange for a shorter one. Return was very straightforward, albeit at my expense, but I don't have a problem with that. Receipt confirmed the next day (which was a Saturday), gave my instructions for exchange and received the replacement on Tuesday morning. I was much more impressed with the way these guys present their wares online compared with say, H Samuel. Don't forget though - don't cut that seal off until you have decided to keep the goods!

Great service. Thanks!

Good customer service and everything is nicely packaged and presented with your valuations on a little card thing for insurance purposes all round good experience

Excellent service, little disappointed when item arrived as looked bigger links on photo, but overall cannot fault Hatton jewellers

I was looking to purchase a heavy gold bracelet but was unable to find one large enough for my wrist. Having seen the great selection at Hatton Jewellers I contacted them asking if they had one in. size. The answer was 'no' but they could make one the same design I was after and quoted a very reasonable price. The customer service was great and from time of order to receiving the piece was fifteen days.

Fair price, great delivery, excellent packaging

I wanted to get some earrings commissioned for my daughters 21st. I hadn't caught up with Terry for over 10 years, the earrings are stunning , the craftsmanship is beautiful, the service was fantastic, thank you and your team for a lovely experience

Great service. Quick delivery. Same length, width and weight chain was double the price from a high Street jeweler. Best place to buy gold if you want to cut out the middleman. Highly recommended.
