Very poor material. The baseball logo emblem was not even. It was crooked. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. I’m size 7 1/4 hat size and the SnapBack I bought I have to use on the last button. looks awful DONT BUY. Better off spending at lids

Having just read a series of bad reviews, I thought I should send in my review. I've ordered two hats so far and they have been nothing but on point. To make clear, I don't work for them. I've just had good experiences. I've also never had to deal with customer service soooo. The quality of hats I've ordered have been terrific. Presentation has been impeccable. I have not had an issue with size because I order 8s or snapbacks (I've a big head). Hopefully some good reviews come about.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SHADY BUSINESS. I ordered hat tried it on once and sent it back because it was too large. They told me they couldn’t accept the hat because it was dirty. I literally had the hat on for maybe 2 minutes. I repeat do not do business with this unreputable business.

If I could leave no stars I would. Got a hat for my birthday and the logo is off center. Didn’t try it on and sent it back to not return but exchange. They attached a post it note saying there was makeup in the sweatband...It’s clear they are stitching the logos themselves and it shows. Stay away.

Horrible customer service. Not willing to work out problems. After multiple msgs of item not received even if the package said delivered. Not willing to help out . Sending the wrong packages on previous orders.

They sent me the wrong size , I ordered a 7 1/2 and they sent 7 1/4, and wouldn’t let me return it because I bent the brim assuming they sent the correct size before trying it on. They refused to send what I actually ordered

The hat didn't fit so I emailed about an exchange. They sent me a link to returns which I figured would give the option for return but it didn't. And I only got $36 credit instead of $41 and got charged $5 for the privilege of trying on a hat. I'll never order from these rip off artists again.
