This company is a total scam!!! The pictures are a completely different product that you recieve. Total fraud. Company should be shut down ASAP. I asked for refund and they played a run around game for over 2 months - telling me to ship the item to CHINA from the states which would be 3 times more than the price of the item.

This company is the worst, I ordered the correct size hat they sent me a hor with a draw string to make it fit.
This shows me I'm a stetson gal forever, want quality pay for it.

The hats arrived a month late and I had already gone on trip I needed them for. Only 3 of 4 hats arrived and I have yet or receive a refund. Hats are huge and were not packed well so arrive crushed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Why would anybody buy a hat from hat Haven if they make you pay out of your pocket for returns ridiculous

The hat looks nothing like the one I ordered. And they do their best to not send a refund. Do not take any discounts, get all your money back. $56 was the price of the hat. $9.99 was the price of shipping it, which came up to around $65.99. They sent me $16.80 refund and 20% discount on next hat. There won't be a next hat.

Don't even order from these guys. I didn't even get remotely close to what I ordered. I thought they were an American company.

The hat I received came in a damaged box and was damaged, the quality was terrible!! I've emailed their support team and haven't received an answer in two weeks. They should be prosecuted for scamming customers.

Brim all bent out of shape and 1/2 inch to small, crown is only partially pinched, crown is really hard, ,size is to big, it is gray like I wanted. Hatband is totally wrong. To even his to look decent I will need to take my steam iron and reshape brim, the crown I can't fix, I will have to put weather stripping in hat band to make it fit. This is what I get for being foolish and not buying a top Quality hat. Do not buy from here. Upon close up look crown was crushed and then was pushed back , but still shows dent, felt on brim was bent with crease, hats doesn't come down upon head far enough, crown to small for head and size for going around head is to big.

We ordered an Indiana Jones hat. It came in a damaged box. We contacted the company and found out it was in China. They only offered a 15% refund. They would only offer a full refund if we sent the hat back to China...they would not reimburse shipping and to ship it there was over $150. Crazy. Do NOT buy from this company!

I purchased a hat heaven hat and the hat was laughable. No self-respecting grown man would wear any of their hats. They have no sense of professionalism, craftsmanship or human decency. I had to buy a replacement hat from Bruno capelo. Bruno capelo hats are American made, And are very high quality. The difference between the two hat companies are night and day. I highly recommend the company Bruno capelo.

Sent me completely wrong hat. Only offered partial refund. I asked them to send me what I ordered and they said there are differences between batches of hats. This is a scam.

I have a lot of hats. These hats are GARBAGE. The pics are nice, but don't buy these hats. Don't waste your money on MyHatHaven. Cheap garbage, garbage garbage.

This hat looks nothing like the advertisement and I believe it cost a couple of dollars to make maybe less. Had to negotiate for a refund from 20% to 50% and it’s been several weeks now and I have not received a refund . I believe this is a criminal organization.

Hat came completely crushed, and the felt is so thin and of so poor quality that is cannot be reshaped

I would never purchase a straw cowboy hat from this company. It came in a small box and on opening box hat was crushed.
Instead of doing the honorable thing, a complete refund, they refunded me 15% and a utube video on how to fix the hat.

If I could rate it less I would. I have been waiting for a refund from this company as they have never refunded me anything. I am currently waiting on dispute with PayPal, and would never want to see another customer go through what I have. No way of calling, or contacting. This site needs to be investigated. They are scamming people, taking their money. I have yet to receive 1!

This is a Non- professional Chinese Dropshipper .! These hats are made in China and are of terrible quality and are too small for American heads. They don't care their truck is to insist that you pay to return it to China when the cost is $69.00 + to return. I ordered 2 hats and the second has not arrived! Im blue hat the I receive was not sent in a crash proof box by stuffed in my 📫.
Their products are "Dropped Shipped" from China and they "Refuse to issue a return Label"! They are confident that the 69.00+ USD it takes to send the hats will not be handled by the customer. Ho directly to your bank and complaint.

fvios was their other company, i ordered 1 hat, it was so bad i wouldnt let toy story WOODY near it

This review is for MyHat Haven not Hat Heaven who I have never bought anything from.
I purchased what I thought was an authentic Indiana Jones hat as per the advertising.
I asked for a medium I waited 2 weeks as per their 7-10 day advertisement. Needless to say the Hat came 3 weeks after I ordered it. I didn’t come in a box but in a plastic bag.misshapeb is kind when describing what it looked like. I ordered a Medium and they sent me an Extra Large. I wrote them because you can’t call as they’re in China. They refused to refund my money until 10 emails later. When I stated I would write a review in social media. They then gave me instructions on how to ship the original to them. I spent 18 dollars to ship it.
The hat was detained in customs in China.
It got there on 7/2/24 I bought the hat in April.
They kept offering me 30% refund 40% refund with 20% of my next purchase As if I would ever buy from them again. I finally settled for 25 dollars this week 8/15/24 and got 7 dollars of my orinal fifty dollar investment. I got tired of writing emails.

Learn from my mistake don’t buy from this company.
