HartCo. Home & Body Arvostelua

Love these candles as the smell last compared to other candles. My house smells lovely when I burn these candles will definitely buy again. Worth the money compared to brands.
Thank you

I just love the HartCo candles. I have tried many different brands and always come back to HartCo because their fragrance last longer and are stronger then others. Japanese Honeysuckle is a personal favorite as it reminds me of my mum. It was always burning at her house and it now evokes beautiful memories of her 🩷

Beautiful service for the most magnificent candles and diffusers . Purchased more , the quality and the absolute most amazing fragrances. Fast post and wonderful communication. Long lasting made from the finest of ingredients. Your home will feel special

Love the fragrance.

Love the candles. They burn so well. Just wish I could afford to buy more

Always amazing, by fair my most favorite candles x

Recieved a notification that my order had been picked up, which I had not. I was unable to contact customer service, tried phone number (multiple times++), email, and instagram. Finally heard back from them after I went to pick up and discovered that my order was still there and it was an error on the app. Not impressed with the customer service time response. Why have a phone numner if no one answers??

Really love presentation and fragrance I adore

Fast delivery.

Excellent service, scent is lovely, packed to perfection and arrived really quickly. Will be ordering again

I ordered 8 boxes of scented candles from the Harco website three weeks before Christmas, but two weeks later I only received one box. I emailed them to complain, but no one resolved the issue. They asked me to send the box back, which I threw in the trash. When I finally received that box on December 10th, they had emailed me saying it would arrive on Friday, December 12th, but I haven't received any more boxes since. They said they were waiting for the shipping company to send them the information, but they've remained silent and haven't resolved the issue. I'm very disappointed with this company's way of doing business. I bought these items to give as gifts to my friends, but now that Christmas has passed, I have nothing to give them. I'm very upset.

Do not recommend. Item was delivered smashed (you could hear the glass moving around in the box prior to opening) and the response received when we queried Australian Consumer Law and the requirement of a full refund (including postage) after they decided NOT to send a replacement, was that it could have been broken after delivery! Poor response and customer service.

Great customer service, great fragrances that last and linger in the air

Great smell love then

An excellent product - have been buying
the candles for a few years now, so a very
happy customer indeed!

I love how fast they deliver! The scents are great and long lasting. Some you can try in smaller size too . Though Im sad that my favourite scent is not goingvto be avaialable soon. Have to get a new fav

I always have a good experience when I shop at Hartco of course it’s my favourite place to shop at especially seeing what new products they have , or just buying more of my favourite products Hartco always look after their customers they have great customer service and they are always very helpful especially if you have a query they do their best to resolve it .I recently purchased the V1 mega candle in bergamot and vanilla it’s a gorgeous fragrance and i absolutely love it like all of their candles it’s absolutely Stunning and you can reuse the vessel it’s beautiful and it’s a fantastic size i have purchased a few of these with different fragrances for my daughters because they love their candles as well it comes in great packaging as well and it’s sooo divine ❤️

I have tried many candles, but HartCo would have to be my favourite. They smell amazing. I recently tried Pink pepper and sandlewood and it didn't disappoint. Leaves my house smelling amazing. So if you're not already a HartCo candle person, go get on board, you'll love them. Also the sales they have are great, lots of savings to be had.

These are the only brand of candles I purchase and my favourite is Vanilla Caramel. The scent last for ages and makes the room smell devine
