Non existant customer service,cannot give delivery times, when someone from their supposed customer service team eventually replys the response was check the webpage, 10 days for a business just to process an order and then cannot then give you an approx delivery time is appalling.

Ordered 24th May, Payment taken on Monday 25th. Was informed by email there is a 7 working day wait during sale periods. I emailed them on 10th June and was told each individual item is hand made??? There is a 10 working day wait. They do not work Mondays and my parcel was awaiting collection.
On Monday 15th the delivery service picked the parcel up and I received a badly packed parcel with a dented diffuser box, grease marks on the internal box (this was a gift), plus both 'zest' bath soaks were in dirty and grease marked packaging (these both were gifts)
What a waste of my time and money. Arrived too late to give to friends for birthdays and I would be to ashamed to even gift them now as dirty, dented, grease marks spoil the gifts. The company should also be ashamed.
What is this about Mondays. All a bit strange that payment and pick up happened on a Monday.
As others, I won't be purchasing anything else from this company. I have been buying from them for years and something seriously has gone wrong.
Up your game HartCo you are not up to scratch any more.

I ordered a candle on the 25th May. Still have not received it on the 16th June. We are both in Australia, there shouldn’t be any excuse for delivery to take this long. I ordered another candle from a different company in QLD, and it was here with in 4 days. I hope the company reads these reviews and does something different

As I’ve now seen there is an issue with postage. Taking into consideration their “sale period” and after contacting the company my parcel has been sitting as pending for a week. Contact with Australia post this morning confirmed the item hasn’t been marked for picked up as it’s not registered. It’s been three weeks since I’ve placed the order.

NEVER AGAIN!
This is my mum’s favourite brand of candle. Last year it took over 5 weeks to get to her for her birthday, so well and truly missed her bday. This year it’s been over 3 weeks no shipping details, no communication from the company. I won’t be buying these again. I’ll find another reliable brand. Don’t bother buying from this company unless you like disappointment. The worst! I should’ve learnt from last year.

Abysmal customer service. Purchased candles on 26/04/2026, shipping info emailed to me 05/05/2026 with a random tracking number but no company name, so no way to track the item. Multiple emails, phone calls and messages sent with no response, finally got a FB message after I posted on their page and them saying they will look into it, nothing. No way to get a refund either, so basically theft

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Product not arrived 16 days after ordering (it's still in their shop "waiting" to be picked up).
After 2 unanswered emails and 2 unreturned calls, the customer service person offered no apology or no attempt to assist with improving delivery. A special birthday is now ruined.
Do not buy from if you need it within next month.

I am beyond extremely disappointed in hart @co.
I have shopped with them online for years, buying their candles for years, particularly Japanese Honey suckle large candles. They used to last longer burn more evenly and smell for a longer period of time.
Yet I persisted because I still liked the smell and they were otherwise pretty decent to deal with.
HOWEVER, this time they have really crossed the line. I put in the order on the 17th of April and got and email on the 24th of April saying it had finally been shipped, today is the 7th of May and after ringing the company, no answer, sending emails, no answer, trying the AI chat and after much back and forth it still says it’s pending and has been processed on the 4/5/2026!! So not the 24/4/2026 out for shipping with a shipping number like the email you sent me which I have on file by the way!
Is this how you do business Hart &Co?
You want your money up front but the order doesn’t arrive and there is no correspondence to let the consumer know what’s going on?
I’ve been buying from you for years!!
I will no longer be buying especially in these times, when money doesn’t fall off trees and the least you can do is communicate with your customers if there is an issue with your distribution!
I can get candles elsewhere, and will from now on, what a shame.
If I don’t receive the package soon I will be putting in for a refund as this is beyond ridiculous and unfair.

Beautiful scent.Favourite scent. Black raspberry and vanilla. Makes the whole room smell great. Bought before.Will buy again.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Candles do not burn properly and constantly burning uneven. Even Kmart candles burn better than their candlds and you pay half the price. They also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't respond to emails and don't answer their phone. AND if they respond to emails, they are asking for order information they should already have to prolong the process and when I respond, they ghost me - extremely unprofessional and disgusting service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!

Beautiful products but terrible customer service. I have experienced several customer service issues over the years and despite the products being just wonderful, the customer service is far from wonderful. I've been promised call backs for months now, I even went to the factory last week to speak to someone and was promised someone would call me back the next day, a week later and my phone calls and voicemail messages go unanswered.
Such a shame for a local company selling beautiful products to offer such poor customer service.

First time purchasing through HartCo and this is now my new go to for candles. I love a candle you can actually smell when burning and these did not disappoint. Don’t know how I waited so long to try these but love them!

The delivery time and the packaging also easy to order and they smell so nice

Products not shipped when company said they would be. Not answering my emails. My comments on f.b. about my experience were deleted, even though they were not bad, just asking for some communication.

Bergamot and Vanilla has become my signature scent and every time someone walks into my home, I receive compliments about how fabulous it smells!
