ARAMEX courier were terrible,they tried to deliver to the wrong address and it took another week to get my package not happy

I found them to be a nice passport holder.

I purchased 4 passport wallets ($119). Shipping was listed as 1-5 days express and from Australia.
They were shipped from China and it took much longer than 1-5 days.
The items did arrive thankful, but not in time for our holiday.
I was blocked from social media when I mentioned they ship from China.
Company is dodgy and I would never order from them again.

As described, good quality and fast delivery

I used the customer support email to modify an order 2 minutes after the order was placed, it was either ignored or unread, 12 days later my unchanged order arrived. The product seems ok but the customer support seems non existent, for this reason I wont send it back. If it wasn't for 2 for the price of 1 it wouldn't be worth the money.

Product, the seat cushions seem ok, Will see on upcoming flight. However the customer service and shipping was horrible. Thought this was going to reach me in less than a week from what I read when I ordered. It took several weeks, actually close to a month. The tracking showed it sat in 2 different airports/shipping sites for 3-4 days and a couple of other places for a few days.. No one would answer me when I tried to email and contact them. Fortunately I ordered well ahead of my trip so they showed up. Hopefully the perform better than the company customer service and shipping does. It would have been much better if they gave honest expectations at time of order or at least answered my request.

This site is a SCAM... Paid $59.99 for 2 x RDF Passport covers on 29/11/2024...18ths later.. NEVER RECEIVED them.... tried to contact them, NO SUCH Email address!!! I wanted to attach a screenshot of my order, no facility to do so 😡

These guys are scammers. Most of their reviews are fake. Paid for express delivery (2-5 business days) 2 MONTHS later, still no items! Tracking seems to indicate that the package “exists”... But god only knows what’s in it?
Received ONE email response in that time stating that they are experiencing “higher than normal” sales and shipping would be “slightly delayed”… If “availability” due to “more sales” was the issue… Why has my “package” been bouncing around China since November?
EDIT: They finally arrived (despite tracking saying package was still in China). Passport holders are very small. Passport barely fits, so will have to fold money (which is disrespectful in a lot of countries)… So all in all a very disappointing purchase all round! Original comment still stands.

Haven't received order. Emailed. They replied saying it was delivered. A photo of a house that is not mine. I cant email Pak &Go as their email is no longer valid. Wasted my money

The product was great! The delivery was as said and the communication was very good!

Progress was sent every day and delivered as promised.

Ordered 2 RFID wallets 02Dec tracking shows items never left mainland China, today tracking shows item undeliverable returned to sender when it didn't leave China these people are scammers and reported to ACCC

Good prices and delivery times that exceeded my expectations.

Happy with the product purchased. Quality is good as advertised.
