There is no email prompt or…
There is no email prompt or confirmation for any payment due for a recurring subscription process.
Nothing to tell you it is a recurring payment plan nothing in app’s on iPhone settings to stop the subscription it doesn’t show up as a subscription for you to click on and stop anywhere.
You have to go directly to the team to sort but only after the payment has already been taken. That’s when you see on your banking.
No email prompt is ever received.
The recurring billing disclosure was buried in very small text at the bottom of the screen, easy to miss.
What made the experience worse is that the app did not clearly show an active subscription in my profile/settings, which made it difficult to understand what I had agreed to or how to manage it.
This is deliberate by the company so we all get caught out and from reviews is catching people out.
The marketing strongly emphasizes the low introductory price, while the expensive renewal terms are far less prominent. In my opinion, this is misleading and not transparent.

I signed up for what appeared to be a one time deal
I signed up for what appeared to be a simple 7-day Harmony Diet plan, only to later discover I was enrolled in a recurring subscription charging $87 every 4 weeks. The recurring billing disclosure was buried in very small text at the bottom of the screen and was easy to miss.
What made the experience worse is that the app did not clearly show an active subscription in my profile/settings, which made it difficult to understand what I had agreed to or how to manage it.
The marketing strongly emphasizes the low introductory price, while the expensive renewal terms are far less prominent. In my opinion, this is misleading and not transparent.
Be extremely careful before entering payment details and read all fine print closely.

Yet another trial that silently rolls into a subscription
Nothing different from any other diet. Over promised on the trial. But worse than this, the trial silently rolled into a subscription. I still have no recollection of reading anything about it. New legislation is being brought in next year to sort companies like this out. Do not use this company.

Subscription renewal in small tiny print
I requested a 7 day diet. They said the diet was ready. I checked the invoice to see how much it was in AUS dollars. The invoice did not say recurring payment or after the 7 days we will charge you $124.59. The original invoice did not confirm any form of subscription.
I got busy, life got in the way. Next thing you know there is a charge for $124.59. In very fine print apparently they say there is a comment regarding recurring charges. I am usually very careful about this. So I cannot say for sure I got the same that Cody showed me.
The diet itself is wrap peanut butter around bananas. omg. that's all I saw. If I didn't like it I had to press change, and keep pressing change until you got something you liked. This was not a pre-made diet at all. It is not fit for my purpose. Now they say, oh well you have access to this usless diet, that you will not use until sometime in JULY. The whole product seems archaic.
The writing about the $124.59 was tiny and apparently on the form. However, in Australian and US law any subscription has to be abundantly clear. This was not abundantly clear.
It was NOT ON THE INVOICE RECEIVED. THERE WAS NO REMINDER SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT WAS DUE AND THE AMOUNT AND THERE WAS NO INVOICE AFTER THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN.
