I paid £11.99 for the Menopause Diet
I paid £11.99 for the Menopause Diet. I declined every single add on. I checked my profile settings to make sure that there wasn't a monthly subscription auto renew turned on. There is NOTHING there about subscriptions. As far as I was concerned, I paid a one off for diet menus. Now £37,49 has just been deducted from my account.
I have contacted them about this and to cancel the subscription
They replied to say that they have now cancelled the subscription and they even said they "Understand this charge was unexpected. The £37.49 payment was the recurring subscription charge following the initial £11.99 payment. I’m sorry for the frustration this caused."
Disgraceful!

No satisfaction guaranteed
I thought this was supposed to be satisfaction guaranteed. Signed up for one week and canceled next day after reviewing recipes and seeing things I didn’t like and a lot I couldn’t eat as a gluten intolerant person. Was told my subscription is cancelled but no refund. How can this be satisfaction guaranteed?!?!?

Deceiving and not suitable for what it claims to do
I thought that when I signed up there would be allowances for dietary requirements such as gluten free or dairy free, etc. however not only did they not have these alternatives available but many of the meals contained a lot of carbs. As I had not used it yet I contacted the support team and explained I have Coeliac Disease so could I not go ahead with the subscription and get my money back, instead they said t use the 'swap' function offering other meal choices, which of course mostly had gluten as well. The meals were also very basic, generic and not at all suitable for what they claim to help with. They have cancelled my subscription but refused to refund my money. Shame on you for ripping people off I hope my subscription cost will pay for Karma.

Nepp und nicht seriös
Ich habe einen 7 Tageplan für 5,95 Euro gekauft und bei der Anmeldung alle Vorschläge für Abonnements verneint. Trotzdem wurden eine Woche später 74 Euro eingezogen für ein Abo, dass ich nicht wissentlich abgeschlossen habe und für das ich keine Bestätigung erhalten habe. Ich bin auf ein Lockangebot reingefallen und trotz sofortiger Stornierung bekomme ich mein Geld nicht zurück. Finger weg von dieser App!

Non refund of fees - disgraceful
I paid £11.99 for the Menopause Diet. I declined every single add on. There is NOTHING there about subscriptions. As far as I was concerned, I paid a one off for diet menus. Well lo and behold £37.49 has just been deducted from my account which I have contacted them to make them aware of and been told no refund of the payment will be made. The so called clear instructions re the agreement you are entering into are not that clear seeing as there are so many bad reviews re the same issue. I've reported to my bank. Disgraceful.
