Non refund of fees - disgraceful
I paid £11.99 for the Menopause Diet. I declined every single add on. There is NOTHING there about subscriptions. As far as I was concerned, I paid a one off for diet menus. Well lo and behold £37.49 has just been deducted from my account which I have contacted them to make them aware of and been told no refund of the payment will be made. The so called clear instructions re the agreement you are entering into are not that clear seeing as there are so many bad reviews re the same issue. I've reported to my bank. Disgraceful.

Advertising very misleading - looked like I was signing up to a 4 week plan but then rolled into a subscription without any communication to confirm this.
The app wasn't showing any subscription so the first I knew was when a payment was taken from my bank. (It's not even good value for money)
Have emailed customer support to cancel and refund but still no reply.

ARNAQUE !! c'est une arnaque pure et dure.
Ils vous changent le nom mais au final toutes ces enseignes de régime ont le même siège social, donc si on n'est pas satisfait avec un on ne le sera pas avec un autre.
Celui-ci indique tout en français mais au final ce n'est même pas en g ni en cm
Il faut très vite annuler l'abonnement car ils vous prélèvent l'argent avant la fin de la période d'essai

Diese App ist völlig verlogen, da sie ihre Zahlungsmethoden verdeckt darstellt und somit Benutzerinnen bewusst Geld abzieht. Die Zahlung von 75,39 habe ich nie bestätigt, sie wurde aber abgezogen. Angeblich gibt es keine Rückzahlung. Das finde ich als bewusste Irreführung. Also Hände weg!!

I did not receive a plan and when I queried this I was told that my subscription had been cancelled but they would not offer a refund. I signed up when it was 11.99 and then next payment was 37.99. I still have not received any plan

Lots of confusion when signing up
Signed up on the app answering all the questions which I thought was for a trail period of the diet plan. Paid for the trail then realised that in the small print it was for a subscription every 4 weeks of £37. Cancelled the following day. Looked today on my bank account to find a pending transaction of £37 after the initial 4 weeks. Contacted customer services to be told that apparently I actually have 2 accounts, unknown to myself and I had only cancelled one therefore the charge today. After a few emails back and forward they will not credit my money back. Ive had no benefit from the plan as I thought it had been cancelled.
Be very careful when setting it all up as you might end up with numerous accounts !!!

Why do payments go to Lithuania
Why do payments go to Lithuania? I have emailed the company to ask why? No reply as yet.
Be very careful if you sign up. They do not give a reminder when your subscriptions are due, I was caught out, £73.49 later and out of pocket. The app I only used for a few days as I found it not very useful. You can get NHS app that is free and is better.

Hidden auto-renewal - charged €75 after a 1-week plan with no warning
bought what was advertised as a one-week plan, fully expecting it to be a one-time thing. Instead, the subscription quietly rolled over and I got hit with a €75.39 charge, with zero notification beforehand. No reminder, no renewal warning, nothing. I only found out when I saw the money gone from my account.
When I contacted support, they cancelled the subscription but flat-out refused a refund, hiding behind a "non-refundable digital subscription" policy. That policy is convenient for them, but it conveniently ignores that I was never told the charge was coming in the first place. You can't bury an auto-renewal in the fine print, give no heads-up, and then call it final.
A "1-week plan" should mean one week, not a trap that signs you up for recurring charges. Be very careful before handing over your card details here.
Check your statements.
Would not recommend.

I paid for a week trial to give it a go, I did the quiz and selected the foods I couldn’t eat due to allergies , all recipes send had ingredients I couldn’t eat.
I was then charged £65 for a subscription i didn’t agree to , and I’m trying to get my money back.

ANNOYED - Charged £34.99 for something I didn't sign up for!!
