Horrible customer service. Was guaranteed Christmas delivery......didn’t happen. Finally arrived, beads were everywhere. Poor quality. They do not care or want to make things right.

Update: Funny how you refunded AFTER I posted review. Raj could have cared less about my experience and was very unprofessional!

My partner had ordered me a diamond painting from this site, well safe to say it never arrived. When emailing them about this problem, I was met with 'sort it out with Hermes.' Absolutely disgusting service. For £52 and that is the response? Don't bother.
Currently escalating this problem and waiting for a resolution.

Like many other reviewers our Granddaughter is still awaiting her Christmas gift from this company which was ordered and supposedly shipped on Nov 28th 2020. The same thing happened in 2019 and we swore never again but our Granddaughter loved the products (only part of the order showed up then) so much that we relented and here we are again in the same boat. Time to abandon ship we think!

Horrible Customer Service! Lies about delivery. I ordered in the before Christmas deadline. I still do not have it. They keep saying they are doing everything they can. They have done nothing. They couldn’t even explain to me the tracking information they emailed me.

my mother in law ordered a custom picture of my dog, who happens to be golden in color still cant figure out why he has one blue and green ear we never did as it was not like the picture we sent in. too expensive even at half off for 42.00 cad. Now trying to figure out how i can get her money back.

Order over a month ago, and still not here. Their email isn't valid. I did send them a message in messenger and got a reply that they were still working on getting a tracking number!! Never will order from this company again.

Ordered almost two and a half weeks ago for before Christmas delivery, no information so messaged customer service and was given a tracker which said it’s still in China!!!! So no way I’m getting it before Christmas so a complete waste of money and time. Messaged customer service asking what can be done and what the delay is and just simply given a 20% off code for my next order and they cannot do anything, will definitely NOT be ordering again. God knows when my order will arrive as even they can’t tell me!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered on 26th November, package only just arrived today. Didn’t receive any tracking information until messaging customer service who took a couple of days to respond, but actual product is great - just takes a while to arrive! Allow at least three weeks if ordering for a gift.

I placed on order on 1/12/20 and revived an email the following day and to say that my parcel was on the way. It’s now 18/12/20 and I have received no tracking information, I understood current circumstances so thought I would allow time before trying to contact them. I went on the website where it states that if you haven’t received this information to email them, in which they will reply quickly too. My email has failed to send as their mailbox is disabled and no longer accepting emails. I am beginning to think this is a scam, I have lost money and my family member isn’t going to be getting a Christmas present. I have also noticed that the company is replying to positive reviews on here, will be interesting to see if the negative ones can get some answers!

No answer in emails or messenger. Money Is already withdrawn from my account but no traking number has been sent and no word from happypainting😫😫😫

I order a cartoon diamond painting pen and Dimond art owl key chains. I got the key chains but not the pen I got something completely different.. I email them asking for it or a refund that was a week ago and I have not got an answer at all!!!!!

We got a bad expirience with this company, my wife ordered and the order came 24 days after with some beads missing so...

It has been 12 almost 13 days since I placed order. Got a email within 3 days said my order shipped. I thought well thats great. . Im now 12 days without any kind of tracking information or help from this company customer service. I have a number but its either wrong or no information to be found on my order. Anna hasn't helped me at all. Keeps saying can't get updated tracking at this time. This is a gift for my daughter and dont know anything except I paid them. Very upset about this whole order situation and getting even madder every day. I can't imagine what it going to be as quality if this much trouble about shipping information. Very very mad!!

Happy Paintings, my experience has been wonderful. I have completed 1 picture & have 3 more ready to enjoy. Their variety of pictures is outstanding, shipping has been about 3 weeks, pretty normal & tracking is always updated & easy. Customer service, namely Anna, is amazing. Any questions I have sent in were answered in less than a day. Diamond painting is a wonderful way to spend some time during the day & relax. If you have not tried it, I would recommend diamond painting but more importantly I recommend Happy Paintings. It is a great company

Absolutely love My diamond painting from Happy painting. Had a photo of my late father-in-law with my fiancé and his mum to do as a present for her and it’s amazing. I will definitely be ordering several customised ones from them in the near future. Super communication between the staff and myself regarding delivery
