I had received a diamond art kit from a friend but some stones were missing this was not bought from Happypainting but they sent me free of charge the correct colour stones to complete my picture, now that is what I call good customer service and I will be buying from them in the future.

I'm extremely happy wif customer service they litterly responded to my email I sent them asking how long it would take to recieve my pen within a couple of hours, & she went out her way to check the tracking for me and contacted the warehouse to see for an update, I recieved my pen a week or so later and it was perfect!! The best pen ever that helps with my Diamand art!! I would Defo recomend happy painting and the customer service is Defo 5++ stars!! I can't wait to order my paintings next! Thank you for my pen its lovely!!

I am so impressed with my recent dot painting!

This is going to be the 5th one I've done, however the first with Happy Painting and I am amazed at the difference to the other's.

The canvas and adhesive is far superior, the colours are so vibrant and the way the kit is prepared and packaged is very professional.

Overall the quality is definately worth it and will be buying more from here in the future.

I was introduced to diamond art and have a great time producing a picture I chose super easy to do and you can spend hours of fun producing your work of art I do recommend you buy the full kit as this makes your picture not only easy to do but accurate too

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies ive dealt with for a long time, the selection is brilliant so many options delivery is as stated which is quite quick. The packaging is very well done for delivery, between me and my Nan we have got a good few pictures so far and will continue.
