Placed an order 3. February and havent recieved anything yet. ☹️

When I got this picture I was very impressed with the detail & color. First time for me working with square drills, but after a while it was easy. I had a problem at the begining (my own fault) when I put the wrong color on the canvas. The company was willing to help me by sending a new canvas. That was so special, as I was very upset with myself. After a few hours of moving some colors around, I told them that I had solved the problem myself. They were so encouraging and asked to see the finished work. They are a wonderful company to work with & their products are awesome.

Didn't realise it was being shipped from China, and so far its been over 3 weeks and found out they forgot to ship it. Likely to miss Mothers Day, even though ordered 12thFeb!!!

Anna always helps me when I have any question/request. I'm totally satisfied with the products, the best online shop I have ever tried. I'm especially interested in landscape patterns. The discounts and the free shipping are your main advantages. It's my brand new favourite hobby, and my 4 year old little daughter enjoys it really much as well. Gifted a custom pic of granddaughter, unfortunately in the pic according to the chart her hair is blue, as she is only 3 she has natural coloured hair. Really disappointed and really don’t want to finish it, after several emails issue is now sorted and a new canvas on its way😀😀

I placed two orders with happy paintings the package arrived cut open the little diamonds all over inside the package and one of the little Diamond packages was missing. I’ve emailed the company twice and no response from them. It’s not their fault the package was cut open I understand that but I would think they would reply to an email and send me What I need to complete the painting. I’m willing to pay for it. I’m not very happy with them at this point.

I am very happy with my order. Whenever I needed customer service they were always there to help me with tracking my order.
The products are well packed and I am very happy with the quality too!

Cons : took forever in the shipping and the sticky keeps lifting while I’m putting beads on as well as I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WHAT ... the use of the symbols are hard to read.
If you don’t have a light board , it will be harder .
I got the largest I can , and I still find it hard .

Other then that , it’s a ok product

This was my first order and I was very happy with the price and delivery. Instructions were very clear and I was able to order a custom print. I enjoyed doing the diamond painting and found it very therapeutic. The finished item was amazing and the picture of my niece's dog looked fantastic. It was exactly like the photograph and in fact much better. The colours were terrific.

I originally ordered a custom painting in October, that should have given me enough time to complete before Christmas. It finally came in November, but I didn't open it for a few days as I wanted to complete the cards I ordered. When I did, there was NO glue on the canvas, therefore, making it useless.

Contacted them, and they ordered a new one. Unfortunately, I didn't get it until January, and had no actual gift to give at Christmas!!!! To add insult to injury, it wasn't even the correct size! It was much smaller than the one I ordered.

They did give me the difference in refund, but that wasn't good enough for all I endured. I usually read reviews before I order from anywhere, but sadly, I did not this time. I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company, but they are Dutch and the stuff comes from China. That is why the shipping takes so long.

I'm completely unsatisfied. The Christmas cards were cute. If they has even given me half of what I paid overall, I'd have been a bit happier.

I can only hope people will read these reviews before making the mistake we did. Please stay away from this scam operation. We ordered a print, received a "tracking" number over a month ago and still have received nothing. The website provides no method of actually tracking, making the "tracking number" virtually useless, if it is even a valid number. When we requested an update via email, this is the response: "I've had a look at your parcel and see that there is no updated information available."
I admit we got taken and would strongly warn others to avoid this "company" at all costs.

I am more than happy, I had more drills than needed. The end result is fantastic. Wish I could put a picture up to show you.

Happy Painting compared with other diamond painting companies that I've used have a very good quality of canvas also the clarity of the picture is extremely clear for placing your diamonds without struggling to recognise the symbol. It was a delight to have it in numerical and alphabetical order and no weird symbols. 5* service and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Will not be purchasing off these people again. Painting arrived today and is full of air bubbles from top to bottom.

Partner has started one of the paintings sent and the quality is poor. Glue is shocking and diamonds continue to pop off while trying to complete....Double sided tape instead of poured glue resulting in big 'rivers' I'd stick to one of the bigger company's. Deff don't get what you pay for here I'm afraid

I order two “Diamond Paintings”. It’s took over 5 weeks to arrive. Well over the sites expected international shipping time frames. Order was also placed well before the holidays. The track and trace information was rarely updated and was vague as to when and where the package would go next. The two paintings and their respective pieces arrived loose in a bag style mail package. They were not boxed or even individually packaged as they were intended to be two separate gifts. Due to the poor shipping choice many of the individual Diamond bags were damaged and opened leaving a horrible mess in the package and a now unusable painting as it is almost impossible for figure out which diamond pieces go with which picture. The diamonds themselves were dull and the colours are not true to the picture. I am exceptionally disappointed in the purchase. And will never be ordering from this company again.

I ordred som things which should have been a christmas present for my grandkid, however on 12/12 a received an e-mail saying that my ordre 15465 has left the building. the said thing is, that i have not yet received the parcel. what is going on ?? and i regret that i did'nt check trustpilot before i ordred, such bad coments....... i hope to receive my parcel soon

Poor customer service, Parcel been in transit for 38days constantly telling me i need to wait longer asked several time for money back because this was a present for someone. Please anyone thinking of ordering them don’t shop elsewhere

I had previously placed an order and had no issues (a missing colour or two but it arrived on time with no hassle) . I placed an order at the beginning of September and had received no follow up emails to suggest any development with my order, after emailing in October I was sent a link to track my order to see there had been no further movement of it for 17 days. I emailed again and at the end of October to be was told that ‘there was no available information’ and that they will ‘contact the shipping team to try speed up the process’. At the beginning of December I had still not heard anything or received my order so once again I emailed. The response was that my address was ‘incorrect or incomplete’ (despite ordering from them previously and not being told ‘it was incorrect’). I eventually received my order on December 30th when the order was placed on September 9th. Despite all the inconvenience I was expected to pay full price with no consideration from their team. Won’t be ordering from them again.
