I ordered a custom painting. It was sent in the wrong size and with the picture cropped on the sides. I contacted them, it took 2 emails and almost a week to get a response. They apologized and said they would send the correct one. I received the exact same picture! This time the sticky film was also lifting away from the canvas. I contacted them again and this time it took 4 emails and over a week to hear anything. They will not refund my money even though it is all their error!

I haven’t recieved anything yet after 31 days, besides a toll/VAT charging, that will double the total price. Nothing mentioned about that when I ordered. So much for “worldwide free shipping”.

I am very happy with my painting, the quality is very good and all items were carefully packaged.
The deliverytimes are long however (and free!), but they do warn you about that when ordering. Whenever I got impatient or worried about shipment, Raj was very kind and helpful.

I had just started Diamond Painting and found Happy Painting Store. I ordered a large size of the Cabin in the Forest as my first experience for doing squares. I absolutely loved the quality of drills and the results. I was short a few drills and the Customer Service was fabulous. Without question they sent me the missing drills. Thank you Raj at Happy Painting. Will be ordering from them again.

I am very unhappy for the final result and long deliverytime. I ordered 30 x 40 size animal picture (not my own). Site did not give ”Please note: not many details will be visible in this size.” So I assumed the result would be ok or at least reconizable. But the result was awful. Ready painting did not looked like the original picture. Details were blurry and colours were odd, for example partly blue lion. Printing of symbols in the canvas was partly unclear and it was hard to spot the difference between some symbols because they looked so same. Shipping also took 1 month. No orders from me from Happy Painting in the future!

I was a little dubious about what the picture I sent would be like at the end but it was really, really good and how they got the colours etc just right was also amazing, my only negative is the beads weren’t the same size so had to go over it all at the end because of the gaps but if they can remedy that then would highly recommend.

Very Bad Customer Service.
I have ordered back in March and I have not seen any of the things I ordered. I haven't even got a tracking number and they asked me to call PostNord.
When I write email - I get bad service when they finally answers 2-3-4 days after or I have tried on chat, where I do not get any service at all. I have now asked for my money back, I'm surprised if I see them, with this very bad experience. I'm also surprised that they have more stars than 1. If I could choose 0 stars, this was what I would have given them.

I ordered a expencive painting 31/3. Got a mail that the packet was sent. No tracking, No nothing I have finaly recived the packet agter 3 months

It's pretty good they can get the colours correct by a photo I was very happy with end result but I had to go over it all at the end because hadn't realised some of the beads were different shapes and made it looked all crooked if they can get that sorted I'd give A++++++

Since December I've ordere at least 10 paintings each time hoping they would get things right. Each and evry one of them was missing beads, one of the most recent ones ordered completely missing one of the symbols. I'm talking about 13 bags which comprises about 20% of the painting itself. The website says they send 20% more beads than needed, more like 20% less. It's really disappointing not to be able to compete any of them. Not to mention the time to get them delivered. I'll stick with Amazon or other vendors going forward. I'd rather pay more and get everything needed to be able to complete the work.

*** update: happy painting did send me another set of canvasses and beads so I could re do the project, and they appear to be better than the first ones. I have not had time to try them yet, but they replaced them very quickly, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. so, I have changed my review, as they were very quick to rectify the situation

It took a very long time for delivery , which they did acknowledge,but I had to start a dispute in order to get any response or action. I did receive my order eventually. I ordered a 5 panel project. The glue on the canvas lifts when you pull up the paper no matter how careful you are, and it leaves creases and bubbles, which is noticeable after you put on the drills. you can see where it bubbled. The symbols are not consistent throughout the project, which makes it difficult when starting a new panel. Also the symbols are extremely dark and hard to read on the canvas especially when the glue lifts. I wont order from them again. and I do not recommend them.

I ordered a painting with my own photo, got very good, and got very good quality, I'm really happy💕

I love happy painting, it’s unique! I love that you can do your own pictures, mailing is very quick, I love the square diamonds, and they’re always there for you on the website...

We have ordered Happy painting twice. Both for my doughters. They really love it and enjoy it. Product is good quallity, the shipping is fast. We will order again.

This took some time but eventually my problem of not having enough drills for a particular colour on my 1st order was sorted and more was sent which arrived in my country Australia within the timeframe that Ana said. I have two other canvases from the company which arrived within the timeframe but I have yet to start them . With what is happening around the world, just be patient with the company and they will respond.

I have now used the happy painting company twice for custom Diamond Art pictures, which have both turned out really lovely. Anna and Raj are very friendly, helpful and are quick to help resolve any issues that arise. I will be coming back again when I have another custom picture to do. They also have a great range of kits available - so go have a look.
