First time doing Diamond Painting, and I chose to do a personal photo. The painting looks identical to the photo, all the little details, etc. I had an amazing time doing it, lots of fun. Quality is incredible.
Super quick with ordering and receiving. I have since ordered another personal photo to do. My first project was 40x40. The new one I ordered is 50x60. Cannot wait to begin!

Fantastic customer service. Received missing packs very quickly. A pleasure to deal with such a helpful gentleman. Will definitely order from here again.

Jag kan nästan inte nog uttrycka min glädje och tacksamhet,över all hjälp jag fick,när jag lyckades slarva bort mina Diamanter,så att det var omöjligt att göra färdigt min tavla. När jag så skrev,och frågade om det var möjligt att få hjälp,så fick jag uppleva en "Service Mind" som jag aldrig tidigare varit med om. Jag fick nya Diamanter (dom som fattades för att färdigställa). När första försändelsen blev fel,och skickades tillbaka till Kina på grund av något fel med adressen),så fixade Raj,så att det gjordes ett nytt försök.....OCH NU har jag min fina tavla FÄRDIG !!

Fantastic customer service! My daughter ran out of certain colour of diamonds a year after purchase and the company sent us replacement diamonds no question asked. Great products and excellent quality. Will keep purchasing. Thank you!

My daughter was very pleased to have a photo diamond art of her cat for Christmas. It looks lovely all finished. Now looking at doing our other cat.

La foto personalizzata non è venuta chiara, ho chiesto una sorta di reso ma mi è stato detto "come scritto sulla pagina le foto personalizzate sono escluse dal ritiro"!... Come se fosse colpa mia se la foto non sia venuta bene, visto che l'originale si vede! Posso capire uno sbaglio da parte mia non aver letto nelle informazioni del sito, ma non una cattiva nitidezza della foto .. comunque non consiglio e non acquisterò più.

The product is great and the pictures turn out awesome and very real looking. I am on my third design and can’t wait to see how it turns out.

I couldn’t be happier with the caring customer service and quality of their product. Unfortunately with my last piece I was short a couple of colours but Anna went above and beyond in making sure I received them. I would highly recommend Happy Painting Store!

I have not received my products yet, but given the name of the Company I thought I ordered from Norway I would get my packages before Christmas. This is not the case and I have used my money for Christmas on nothing. Sent an e-mail to cancel my order but was told it was too late even though, according to my tracking, the parcel has not been set from China! I was told that I could return it when I got it, but what good does that do me AFTER Christmas?? So be aware!

I have bought 6 custom painting kits. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else as product is of high quality, always well packaged and looks like the original pic I have sent in.
Their communication and assistance is second to none. I had a canvas which was damaged, one email later and a replacement was on its way to me.
I highly recommend this company. Thank you for such a great service. I’ve just bought another.

Jeg kan desværre ikke give firmaet nogle gode anmeldelser, for jeg har endnu ikke modtaget min bestilling fra den 3. november. Jeg fik straks efter bestillingen en ordrebekræftelse og dagen efter en besked om, at nu var min ordre pakket og sendt, og at jeg kunne forvente den indenfor 2 uger. Men, men men........ jeg har endnu ikke modtaget pakken. Den var ellers tiltænkt som julegave til mit barnebarn, og allersidste dag for at aflevere denne julegave er på fredag. Så jeg synes, det er meget trist, at Happy Painting ikke overholder, hvad de lover. Og jo - jeg har sendt adskillige forespørgsler til dem, men de svarer slet ikke på mine henvendelser.

Efter ovenstående anmeldelse på Trustpilot kom der en besvarelse fra firmaet om, at jeg ville blive kontaktet af én af deres medarbejdere. Men det er heller ikke sket endnu.

I was given my diamond painting as a gift last Christmas. Due to a busy year I only started doing it in November. Some of the beads were missing so I contacted the Happy Painting Store who arranged for the missing beads to be sent to me immediately. Anna who was my point of contact kept me up to date the whole time. This sort of customer service is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend the Happy Painting Store to others.

I had thrown out part of my wife’s diamond art set by accident. So I contacted the company to see if it was possible to purchase a new set of tiles. I spoke to a lady called Anna who was very helpful. Anna contacted the manufacturer of the tiles and said that she had arranged for a new set of tiles to be sent to me at no cost. All through this process I was treated extremely well, and for a company to stand by their product and offer a replacement even though I was at fault, is very rare. A superb company with great customer service values.

Sämsta företaget jag varit med om. Dom har blandat ihop mig och en annan kund. Efter flertalet mail från både mig och den andra tjejen så skickar dom endå hennes saknade pärlor till mig. Kommer aldrig att beställa eller rekommendera någon annan att köpa från de usla företaget. Driver man ett företag bör man ha koll och ordning på sina kunder.

I received the diamond painting as a gift.
Sadly there were a few colours that ran out and a couple that were missing altogether, however I notified the company who were very obliging and helpful and although it took a while to sort out I eventually received all the bits and finished my painting.
I'm very happy with it and would also like to praise the customer service - Raj in particular, who persisted with me to a successful and happy conclusion.

Very good company and very helpful with helping me to find out what had happened to my missing package from them. Have a great selection of Diamond paintings to choose from too something for everyone. Doing their paintings helped me to relieve my stress and to distract myself and pass time during the lockdowns with Covid. Would defintley recommend this company to others. I have already made another purchase from them. Just waiting for that package to arrive now.

I ordered a customized kit , when it arrived it was damaged, I emailed customer service and they replied back to me that they will send me out another canvas, also some colours on the canvas didn’t look right to me , a couple days later customer service send me out a colour sheet, I picked the colour beads that I liked and they were send to me no charge , I received the new canvas with more beads as well a diamond painting tool set , I don’t know another company that would do this for there customers, this is a company that really cares for there customers, they like to make there customers happy , customer service doing outstanding work for there customers, if there is a problem there right there for you and solve the issue, thank you so much Anna for the amazing work you did for me so much appreciated, excellent customer service,

Ho fatto richiesta per un immagine personalizzata di misura 50X70 . La foto da me inviata non solo era a misura precisa e non avrebbe subito tagli ma anche i colori e i dettagli erano ben precisi. Quello che mi è arrivato è un immagine con colori completamente alterati, nonostante la grandezza richiesta dovesse portare dettagli di precisione e i soggetti erano due grandi nella tela sono completamente sfocati e irriconoscibili. Delusione totale, non consiglio in alcun modo questo sito davvero una totale delusione mai più!

Al een maanden geleden had ik een hele mooie paint besteld
Uiteraard alle steentjes nagekeken zoals op het formulier stond
Tot mijn verbazing stonden op het papieren lijst met stenen hele andere nummers dan op de paint zelf. Er waren verkeerde steentjes geleverd. Gelijk hebben ze nieuwe voor mij besteld. Echt toppie!!! Na 3 weken werden er geen steentjes geleverd, maar een paint van een ander. Ze hadden uitgezocht wie mijn steentjes wel had gehad. Dus....ik zou het opsturen naar die mevrouw, en die mevrouw naar mij.Dus stuurde ik het op naar die mevrouw. Toen werd het weer erg stil.......Weer bellen naar happy paint....Weer hebben zij voor mij steentjes besteld. Eindelijk de goede binnen. Ben zo blij...en wat een topservice!!!! Angela Dellink
