Happy Mat Yoga Arvostelua 

I attended the Reboot Retreat in 2024 with Happy Mat Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed a weekend of relaxation, learning more about yoga, breathwork and meditation with the caring, kind, thoughtful guidance of Lisa. Every last detail was planned with our enjoyment in mind and everyone taking part in the retreat seemed to feel the same so the atmosphere was one of peace, calm, relaxation and inclusion. The food was delicious with as much as you could possibly want, the accommodation was wonderful and the extra activities of sound bath, wild swim, orienteering and the fire pit made the retreat even more special. Not forgetting the ‘goody bags’ which we received on arrival which contained beautiful gifts of a journal and pen, a bracelet, a woven blanket, sweets, a water bottle, a sticker and bookmark which made us instantly feel welcomed and spoilt. I left feeling like I had experienced something very unique and empowering and I am really looking forward to the next retreat.

I've been practicing yoga at 'happy mat yoga' for a while now ... each time i go its like medicine for the soul , Lisa makes everyone feel so welcome and her teaching is excellent, its a beautiful studio to practice in and i always leave feeling better in mind and body than when i arrived . I highly recommend 'happy mat yoga' 🙏🏻🥰

Lisa's Yin Yoga by Candlelight is a great class for beginners and experienced Yogis alike. The studio is warm and cosy and Lisa is a fantastic tutor offering different options for every pose.

From the minute that you walk into Lisa’s studio you feel that you are in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Her classes are suitable for any level that you are at. I am not very fit and she always demonstrates how to do things for what ever level you are at. The other students are really friendly and welcoming, so you can go on your own and not feel awkward.
Lisa really is one of the best yoga teachers that I have practiced with.

Lisa is an amazing person and excellent communicator and you should definitely consider starting or continuing your yoga journey with her

I absolutely adore Lisa’s yoga classes. Happy mat yoga classes are so supportive and catered so well for all abilities. The slow flow yoga classes on Tuesdays are amazing for allowing you the time to get in touch with your body your needs and yourself as well as stretching and challenging your practice effectively.

I’ve attended classes, had a one to one lesson and attended the sound bath and yoga workshops and It’s all been wonderful. Lisa is so knowledgeable and has such welcoming and kind energy and her studio is just lovely - as soon as you walk in you start to relax and chill out

Lisa is an amazing yoga teacher who makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. All levels of ability are respected and encouraged. Happy Mat Yoga Studio is a beautiful environment to practice yoga, relax and unwind. 🧡🧡

I’ve been going to yoga classes with Lisa for a few years now. She is an amazing teacher who is so kind and makes everyone feel at ease. She encourages us all to shut our eyes, honour our bodies, not focus on what anyone else is doing but focus on how we feel ❤️. My yin yoga class is the highlight of my week and no matter how hard my week has been I always feel better after it.

Lisa is a brilliant yoga mom and so warm and welcoming. The sessions are built for everyone with so many variations. Don't be shy come join us you will definitely feel the benefit

Lisa is an amazing yoga teacher, she explains every step for you with alternatives to suit everyone’s ability. Lisa makes you feel part of the group even as a regular and her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge makes you feel at ease and you know you’re in safe hands. I would highly recommend Lisa for any yogy beginner or advanced she’s amazing!

Attending Lisa’s Yin and Nidra Yoga with Sound Bath workshop was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Lisa guided us through gentle Yin yoga poses that helped release tension and prepare the body for deep rest. Her Yoga Nidra session was calming and meditative, leading us into a tranquil state that felt almost like sleep. The sound bath was the perfect finish. Lisa’s warmth and skill made the whole experience deeply restorative. Highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect.
