Jo always makes you feel special.

Comfortable and relaxing

Each time I attend The Breathe In Space I feel calm and re-energised. It provides the perfect little sanctuary to shut out the noise of the day and let my mind and body chill out. The instructors are very human, it feels like they teach alongside you, not at you. Explanation and demonstration of moves are given throughout the session and they ensure everyone is okay as they move through the routines. Groups are small (if you worry about coming alone) and everyone is super welcoming. You don't need fancy yoga gear, just loose clothing and all equipment is provided. Routines are gentle and flowing, go at you own pace and instructors give you options on positions to suit differing abilities/ preferences. What is not to love about it...?!

I really enjoy Jo's QiGong sessions, a time to unwind and release.

I felt immediately calm and welcome as soon as I walked into the warm positive atmosphere in the studio and met Jo. I felt the reiki energy go through me and Jo explained the process beforehand to put me at ease. The experience is something everyone would benefit from and I would totally recommend having a reiki session at Thebreatheinspace.

Yoga at The Breathe In Space is wonderfully immersive. The space is lovely, peaceful and has such a warm, cozy feeling about it. The teachers are amazing and their passion for yoga really shines through each lesson. I have found the sessions to be beginner friendly and really enjoyable and I always learn something new.

I am so happy I found TBIS. Jo holds space so wonderfully. Her classes are inclusive for all ages and abilities. Everyone is made to feel welcome and part of a lovely community. I also love how as well as yoga, there are more unusual offerings such as Qi Gong and mini day retreats. Jo merges the mystical with science seamlessly. Fully recommend you coming along to give TBIS a go!

The Breathe in Space has changed my life. I have been doing the The Four Elements Alchemy of Healing which is 8 Saturdays of day retreats. This is great value with makes it inclusive for everyone and really has been life changing. The day retreats include so many spiritual aspects including Qi Gong, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound, Dancing, walking, rituals and more. We also all share a lunch which has created friendships. What I have really gained from these sessions is a sense of community with the most lovely welcoming group of women and a very safe space provided by Jo. I also attend the Hatha Yoga with Yoga Nidra on a Thursday and the Yin Yoga and other classes on a Friday which I love. Jo really does welcome everyone and TBIS is a great community to be a part of.

I really enjoyed the QiJong with Jo, I felt so relaxed following the session, which was just what I needed.

After attending an amazing Spring Equinox recalibration workshop at around the time Jo finished training as an NLP coach, I knew I had to book in for a block of eight bi-weekly sessions!

I recently finished and what an experience it was. I’ve gained such a deep understanding of myself and I couldn’t have done this without Jo. She is an amazing listener, offers extremely thoughtful insight, and I’m now armed with a toolkit of techniques to tackle anything life throws at me. I feel as ready as ever to welcome the big shifts coming my way. Coaching takes you a whole lot deeper than you imagine and it serves exactly what you need at that time. I’d highly recommend Jo’s offering to anyone!

Relaxing environment great class such a lovely healer. The singing bowls is amazing. Repeat monthly would go twice a month if every 2 weeks was possible.

I bought a gift voucher for my daughter, she really enjoyed the treatments that she had. Everyone was friendly and she thought everything was good value.

Such a wonderful little studio and community. Yoga is a joy again and not something to be struggled over in a ‘gym’ class.

I attend Yoga here regularly and I instantly feel myself relax as I walk through the door.
I also come here for treatments and have attended various workshops. This year I even recieved my Reiki level 1 attunement from the amazing Jo.
I am torn between telling everyone about it and wanting to keep it a secret!

However you feel going into to class you WILL come out feeling better. After a week of limited ability to move and exercise, this lovely class helped me feel able to move more comfortably and feel that little bit better about the world 💚
