I recently went to my first class at Soul Yoga. I'm relatively new to yoga & was a little anxious about what to expect. I can honestly say that from the onset, the teacher, Leise was very welcoming & reassuring. Leise explained to me that the class is for all abilities & to go with what's comfortable for me. The class itself was a combination of yoga & meditation. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The studio was very relaxing & I will definitely be back. 😊🧘

I have been to Leise for yoga, meditation, sound baths and most recently reiki. She is absolutely incredible at what she does. Such a lovely woman and instantly feel comfortable in her presence. I always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend. Thankyou Leise 🥰🤍🙌🏻💫

Just returned from my 2nd retreat with Soul yoga and can honestly say I absolutely loved it .The attention to detail and organisation are spot on ..beutiful house and surrounding and an amazing group of people . Leise is a excellent yoga and breath work teacher with such extensive knowledge

Seriously AMAZING retreat! Leise the teacher is fantastic - knowledgeable and responsive to everyone’s needs. The yoga, meditation and breath work were fabulous and I feel like it’s a body and mind reset! The hike, optional cold swim, saunas and setting in the lovely house and countryside are beautiful. The food and the feeling of just generally feeling loved and the little thoughtful touches like the welcome present boxes just make it special. LOVED it 🥰

I’ve just returned from my second yoga retreat with Soul Yoga, and once again it was an incredible experience from start to finish.

Leise truly pours her heart and energy into every detail, making sure everyone has the best possible time. From the thoughtfully planned yoga sessions, sound bath, meditation to organising massages, to keeping us all well fed, everything ran seamlessly.

When we arrived, we were shown to our lovely room and welcomed with a thoughtful gift box from Leise, including little treats like a crystal and body lotion. Such a kind and unexpected touch that really set the tone for the weekend.

The venue itself is set in a stunning location, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax and unwind. It’s the perfect place to switch off, recharge, and spend time with genuinely lovely people.

This is the second Yoga retreat I’ve attended with Soul Yoga and again had the most amazing weekend.
Leise puts her heart and soul the retreats ensuring we all have the best experience we can have. Her planning of Yoga classes to ensuring we all got our massages, to making sure we all got fed and the hike to Cautley Spout was spot on.
On arrival and being shown to our lovely room, Leise left a box full of gifts, which includes a crystal, body lotion just to name a few. What a wonderful surprise.

The venue is based in a lovely part of the country. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
Time to chill, relax and rejuvenate with beautiful people ! Can’t wait for next year.

Soul Yoga retreats are the highlight of my year! Leise puts so much time, love and energy into making every moment special and memorable. The venue is spectacular and the company, food and yoga is always of the highest standard! I can’t wait to go back!

Leise is so knowledgable in what she does and so caring. She has changed my life and given me the best coping mechanisms I can use in my everyday in between my yoga lessons. I have just completed the retreat in Cumbria and it has opened my eyes so much.

The highlight of my week time just for me no pressure lots of reassurance and challenges to reach potential.

such a lovely yoga class, everyone is so kind and welcoming and leise has such warm energy and really helps guide you through at your own pace. i have been going to classes throughout the year and excited to continue. the breathwork and meditation at the end is always great and the perfect way to finish the class.

Fantastic healing sound bath last night and one I regularly attend! The benefits are amazing! Better clarity, peace of mind and body and better sleep! Leise is the most welcoming soul who makes you feel better about yourself.
