Bought happygira hearing from other people how great it is. Had the opportunity to have first hand experience of using double stroller from happygira.

We love the product and their amazing customer service!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating it deserves a warning.

I ordered a playpen from this company and quickly realized it was far too large for our space. While figuring out next steps, I started digging deeper into reviews outside of their website—and what I found was concerning. Multiple parents reported poor quality issues, and after taking a closer look at the product myself, I completely agree. The materials and construction do not match what’s advertised.

When I reached out to request a refund, it was denied. Not because I missed a deadline or misused the product—but because they simply don’t stand behind what they sell. Even worse, their response was dismissive and borderline mocking, suggesting I should just “consider it a decorative piece” in my home. That’s not customer service—that’s disrespect.

Their return policy is incredibly misleading. It gives the impression that customer satisfaction matters, but in reality, if you’re unhappy with the product, you’re stuck with it.

Also worth noting: the glowing reviews on their website appear highly questionable. Many are repetitive and reuse the same names, which raises serious doubts about their authenticity.

Between the poor product quality, deceptive policies, and unprofessional customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether

We love the playpen we got! It’s sturdy and big enough to put our baby in when we need a few extra minutes to ourselves. There is a zipper opening on one side that we unzip if we wanted the baby the have the ability to roam in and out of the playpen!

The bed rails were a month late and when they arrived, they were very poor quality with staining, fabric offgassing, and stitching issues. I've been trying to return the product for two months now and they are stonewalling me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are completely dishonest - the products are cheap and flimsy, and ultimately I safe for kids. 3+ months after ordering safety bed rails that showed up damaged and shoddy (for $400), I am still fighting with HappyGira to return them for a full refund and am now having to file complaints with BBB, Oregon DOJ, and my credit card company. They are an absolute scam, I should have done better research.

The Natural Timber Playpen was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. It’s easy to assemble, looks great, and can be customized. Looking forward to many years of use.

Our daughter loves her playpen. She goes in on her own and closes the door, as she recognizes it as her “own space”. The design is really cute and it fits our home decor perfectly

I ordered a playpen that said it would come in 2-5 days with their "prime shipping." We received half of the playpen missing the other half of our order. I have emailed the company MULTIPLE times asking where the second half of the playpen is - it has been months past the guaranteed delivery date. Either I don't get a reply or the reply is some AI chatbot response "I understand that waiting for your playpen feels a bit like waiting for a pot of water to boil—exceedingly dull and frustrating. I assure you, we're doing everything possible to expedite the process."... Like.. .What? I asked for a refund several times and they have yet to grant me the refund.

A friend ordered through them and when he asked for a replacement part for his playpen, they said they would send the part for free if he wrote a 5 star review or else he had to pay for the part. BEWARE the 5 star reviews are likely fake.

I ordered a stroller for my 1st grandbabies baby shower. I ordered this stroller over a month ago and the shower is this Saturday 4/25 and the stroller is still not here. I have emailed like crazy and nothing.. All i can say is if you need a gift, order the gift 3 month in advance and maybe you'll get it in time

We ordered this twin bassinet well in advance to be fully prepared for the arrival of our twins, and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery alone has been unacceptable — it took over two months for the bassinet to arrive. Communication throughout this time was vague and unhelpful, with no clear or reliable updates. For such an important purchase, this level of service is simply not acceptable.

However, the biggest issue is the product itself. The colour looks nothing like the one shown on the website. The difference is so significant that it feels misleading. What we received is completely different from what was advertised.

We spent a significant amount of money on this bassinet and planned ahead specifically to avoid last-minute stress. Instead, because of the delays, we had no choice but to use a product we genuinely did not like, simply because we ran out of time before our babies arrived.

That’s what makes this so frustrating — had it arrived on time and looked as expected, this would have been a completely different experience.

I would not recommend buying from this website. I honestly wish we had chosen a different bassinet. Every time I see it in the room, it is a reminder of how disappointing this purchase has been.

Following the company’s response, I would like to clarify that I had already been in direct contact with them prior to leaving this review.

However, this is not a case of a minor colour variation. The product we received appears noticeably different from what was shown on the website — not only in tone, but also in its overall look and finish. While I understand that some variation can occur, in this case the difference is significant and quite unexpected.

I also attempted to leave a review on the company’s website describing my experience, but it does not appear to have been published. I believe transparent feedback — both positive and negative — is essential for customers making informed decisions.

I am updating this review again to reflect my genuine experience. After I originally posted my review, the company agreed to provide a partial refund. However, in order to receive that refund, I was asked to modify my review. I was also offered a larger refund if I changed my review to a positive one, which I declined.

I have retained all communications relating to this matter and can substantiate these interactions if required.

While I eventually received the partial refund that had already been offered, I do not believe financial incentives should be linked to changing customer reviews. This experience has raised serious concerns for me about the reliability and independence of the reviews that prospective customers may rely upon when making a purchasing decision.

For that reason, I am restoring my review to reflect my honest opinion of both the product and the overall customer experience.

I had an issue with my timber playpen after moving and customer service responded very quickly to solve my issue! I appreciated the efficient response.

I love my twin bedside bassinet. Not only is it spacious by my babies have consistent and well rested sleeps at night because of it !

Responsive, friendly and easy to work with customer service! Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

We are highly disappointed with the "Grow with me" crib.
The bed is absolutely not the same as shown on the website! It is suppose to Grow with your Child and have a removable front guardrail, it is not the case!!! Very thin mattress! Splinters everywhere!

Item has not arrived after 3 months and the support team have no idea where it is or any tracking numbers to support the location of the product. It’s terrible service and I think the tracking information they provide has been falsely created by the company. Terrible

Terrible terribly mistake by purchasing stuff from them over $120 dollars and it’s completely trash!!!
The fact that they were delayed for about 20 days (I tried to cancel the order week and a half before it finally arrived, they denied to cancel the order, they didn’t provide a number to track my purchase till a couple days it arrived, the product was damaged, the question is terrible!! It’s a birthday gift for a little girl (I am her nanny and been working with babies for so long, quality is my middle name. Happy Gira is trash, unsafe, unbalance, feels like braking when pushing the light weight strolling chair the worst mistake I’ve have ever purchased for the little baby girl (se deserves better!! All babies deserve better!! I wrote a review and guess what (on their page)once you submit the review they have a friendly message saying “thanks for your feedback WE WILL REVIEW YOUR REVIEW”” are you freaking kidding me!!! No wonder they don’t have any bad reviews!!!

Unfortunately the customer service is appalling.
Trying to return an item that is unopened, within the return window and eligible for a refund.
I have been ghosted for months despite multiple emails.
I personally wouldn’t trust buying anything from here as it does not seem like a legitimate company.
