My play pen arrived later than what was told. I received a letter apologizing about the delay but said it was on its way. It arrived past the event date that i needed it so I ordered from a company who could deliver on time. When my Happy Gira playpen arrived I asked to process a return. They said it arrived within the time frame allowed and would not process a return. Horrible customer service. Horribly late shipping times. Horrible company to deal with. Go anywhere else to buy a playpen!

I ordered tree nests for my summer camps to make a cool hangout spot with hammocks and these. One was enclosed. Zipper was damaged and no bug screen as promised in the description and photos. Customer support is giving me insulting AI generated replies of partial refunds. Ive asked for them to call me or give me my money back. No way to reach a real customer service representative. Worst experience ever and they stole over $400 for garbage products. Im upset this company is allowed to steal from people. Do not use them. Buyer seriously beware. The item took more than a month to arrive. I had verified the company was in the U.S. before ordering, but it seems they are a front for shipping things from overseas. Their customer service is appalling. I contacted them when it was taking so long for the item asking them to cancel the order. They would not. AFter more than a month it arrived. I did not open it. I contacted them to find a way to return it to them, but they will not accept a return at all even though I am in Seattle and they are in Oregon. This is unheard of and the worst online shipping experience I have ever had. Please beware and know this company has many many negative reviews. Check the BBB website for reviews of them.

A terrible company with No customer service. Their delivery was late, the package damaged and they have a no return policy. They should be out of business in no time. I call this thievery.

What a terrible company! They don’t even have real people you can call or email with, it’s all robots!

I purchased a playpen and within two weeks of receiving the product our plans changed and we no longer needed it. The playpen was still unopened in the box. I emailed the customer service email that was provided and asked them how I go about a return for a product that was still in the box unopened. They had their robot respond to me and request an unboxing video. That’s the only way they can proceed with a return or refund. I stated in three emails that the box was unopened and there was no issues. I just wanted to return it. Can we bypass the unboxing video and requested a real human to either talk to me via email or call me and I just kept getting email responses from robots that said we can’t bypass and unboxing video. We need this for our process or we can’t process a return or a refund.
So I take the time to open the box to create a video out of my busy day, where I have my son all day long- I make the video I sent it over and the next day they email me back and say thanks for your video unfortunately because there’s no defect with your product we can’t process a return or a refund. We hope you’re happy with your experience. Mind you I’m not happy at all. Why wouldn’t they have told me this within the first three emails where I stated multiple times that I had no issue at all with my product instead of requesting a video they could’ve just told me that if there’s no issues, it doesn’t qualify instead of wasting my valuable time. This company should have zero stars for not providing customer service and for wasting peoples time with stupid request that don’t even need to be done to give somebody an answer on a refund return if they had just used real people to read the emails I sent they would’ve known that. They are just a money, hungry company who does not care about the expenses families phase when they have babies and kids if they did, they would issue a return for a product that’s not damaged at all and was still completely intact. In all its packaging in the box. I’m also still within 30 days of purchase, so this is all just absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend you buy from any other company except this one.

This is the best thing we ever got for our son. It provides a place big enough where he can play and also contains him. This keeps him from wandering out and potentially getting hurt. I recommend this product to anyone that asks.

I have had a positive experience with the purchase of their tent swing. Customer service has been very helpful as well.

It's been over 35 days and still don't have my order. Pretty sure the customer service is written with AI, they are being very shady about cancelling the order and the return process, and reviews all over the internet say the products (when finally delivered) are poor quality. Pine foldable baby gate arrived well packed and padded. Gate and parts all made it intact through delivery. Putting the gate together was easy enough with the manual linking to their website with pictures and directions. Happy that the wood is untreated and safe for baby. Quite happy with how easily you can customize the shape of the gate to fit your living space. Aesthetically pleasing, no foul VOC/off-gassing order.

Customer service was easy to reach and responded quickly when I inquired about purchasing replacement parts.

I purchased a wooden playpen. Within the first couple uses, one of the plastic hinges that connects the wooden panels snapped. The company would not send a replacement unless I left a positive review or paid $15. I didn’t like either option so I let it go. A couple months later a second hinge snapped so I paid for three replacement hinges that way I’d have a back-up. The hinges were shipped without any of the corresponding screws to attach them. I reached out again to let them know the screws were missing and once again they offered to send them in exchange for a positive review. The alternative was I could pay an additional $20 for parts I should already have which are necessary for pieces that shouldn’t have broken in the first place.

I recently bought the outdoor swing for my grandchildren and they absolutely love it! They enjoy it so much that they constantly fight over who gets to use it. I may need to consider purchasing a second one to keep the peace in the backyard. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and enjoyment it has brought to my grandkids.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a playpen and it came damaged, wrong parts, dirty, and missing an assembly guide. There was no clear place on the website to find an assembly guide and the YouTube video had no sound. After going back and forth with customer service via email and requesting a return FIVE TIMES they finally agreed to it, as long as I took photos of the damages. They said there is no way the damages were their fault but I truly believe it was a return they resold due to the missing user guide and the fact that the shipping box is in good condition. They said they are going to file a claim against the shipping company and have taken no accountability. The fact that I had to threaten them and still put in work to get a return is insane. They are still in review of my request. I ordered one on Amazon that was nicer, required no assembly and was less money.

Happygira, not only has superior products, they're customer service department goes above and beyond to communicate, and makes sure each transaction is delivered expeditiously, and to the customers liking. I appreciate the products and detail to the costumer experience and satisfaction!

The product initially was delivered in a beaten up box with rips and damage to the actual item. The team at HappyGira basically told me they thought that we created the damage and then told me they would ship me a new product IF I gave them a good review on TrustPilot. Weird, but I did it because I spent good money on this for my son and desperately wanted what I paid for. It has been 10 weeks, the new product has not arrived and the FedEx link they are sharing with me is from the first delivery in March. I think this company is fraudulent. Until I get what I paid for I’m not taking this down.

The playpen is high quality and the customer service is top notch. We accidentally broke a couple of pieces and they worked very quickly to help replace those pieces. I am a very big fan of the product and company!

We recently purchased a HappyGira Instant Setup Portable Playpen in advance of the birth of our first grandchild. We've used it several times to provide a safe place to interact with our grandchild without interference from family pets. It is a great product. It is very easy and quick to set up and take down. It provides ample room for multiple adults to engage in meaningful play with the baby in a safe and secure manner. We are thrilled with our purchase and look forward to many years of use as our family continues to expand!!

Also, the company only offered a solution (a new non-damaged product) if I gave them a positive review on trust pilot. I did, because it was positive (the customer service) and then was ghosted. With no new product. Absolutely deplorable. I regret spending money on a product from a company like this

Wow! Happy gyra products seem nice. Their customer service stinks!!!! I ordered a twin bassinet and because I used a certain payment method, the shipping address converted to my address, not my son's. So I called immediately and they assured me that the address had been changed on the order. However, the bassinet showed up at home a few weeks later. When I called to inquire about getting it shipped back to them I was told they could not do that. So rather than spending hundreds of $ to ship it across the country. I ordered a second unit thinking I could keep the first for when the visit. However, when they opened up the 2nd box there was a pretty substantial dent in the mattress. They thought it would decompress on its own, but when it didn't I had them inspect further and they found a huge crack and hole in the mattress platform as well as a significant dent in the mattress itself. When I reached out to happygyra on day 7, they said they should try fluffing the mattress or using a hair dryer on it. When I wrote back to reiterate that the mattress platform was also broken, they replied that it was outside the return window and therefore all they could offer me was a $5 compensation. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent close to $700 and my son and his wife still don't have a bassinet that they can use when their children are delivered anytime now. If I could give them a zero I would!!! Don't purchase from this company!!!
