I bought a size 42 in the jacket which…
I bought the size 42 jacket, but it came with 36-inch pants. The jacket wouldn’t button, so I had to exchange the suit. I’m hoping the size 44 I reordered fits better, which it should. The navy blue herringbone suit looks great, and I love the bright red and blue paisley detail on the vest. Shipping was super quick both ways, and I’d definitely shop with Happy Gentleman again.****** Edit I reached out to customer service about the fit, and they sent me a larger coat and vest. Thanks to the team for looking out for me, I’ll be looking sharp for my wedding now. Much love to everyone at Happy Gentleman.

Absolutely amazing suit! Amazing customer service!!! Ordered the brown English 3-piece suit, the fabric and detail were better than the pictures! Suit did come in smaller than what I thought my measurements were, but notified HG and they had me mail it back and received another suit within a week! Extremely happy with everything about this company and will be purchasing many more!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the fit…
I was pleasantly surprised with the fit of the suits. They fabric is heavy and has a quality feel. Im glad I changed the pants size from their recommendation, however. I suggest you get measurements before ordering. Im still unsure of why they upcharge for changing pant sizes but still a pretty good price overall.

I ordered an expensive suit that should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days to germany. I needed the suit on day 5. Sadly, my parcel left its origin only after three days. It will arrive today on day 7, two days after the wedding I ordered it for. I especially ordered here for the fast delivery. I rate two stars for fast customer support which was very kind and understanding, but it does not change the fact that the website promoted a fast delivery that did not happen. Sadly I had to rush to get another suit from elsewhere and could not rely on this shop. I will probably return my order. If the delivery date was realistic or if they should change to express delivery I might order again because of the range of suits and the fast customer support

Good experience overall
I ordered the suit on a Wednesday and received the package on Friday in rural Wisconsin. I am 6’1” tall, longer torso, and float between 250 and 275 pounds. My chest measures 48” and my waist is 42”. Based on reviews, I ordered a size up and ordered the 50 jacket/waistcoat and 44 trousers. The jacket/waistcoat fits well, and the length is about right coming to mid thumb with a relaxed arm. The trousers are a bit loose but have good leg room and can be easily taken in. Overall, I am pleased with the fit, look, materials used, and customer experience.

Fra start til slut en god oplevelse. Bestilte 2 jakkesæt og modtog dem begge efter ca. 1 uge. De var pakket professionelt ind ijakkesætposer og var på bøjler. Prøvede dem på og sendte det ene retur.
Det hele var meget nemt og pengene kom retur 2 dage efter, de havde modtaget pakken retur.
Rigtig fint jakkesæt og en kvalitet der overgik mine forventninger i forhold til prisen.
Vil helt sikkert handle her igen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leider sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice
Ich habe vor der Bestellung meine genauen Maße angegeben und mich bei der Größenauswahl auf die Empfehlung des Teams verlassen. Trotzdem wurde mir die falsche Größe empfohlen und der Artikel passte nicht.
Für die notwendige Rücksendung wurde mir ausdrücklich zugesagt, dass die Versandkosten erstattet werden. Genau darauf habe ich mich verlassen. Nun wird die Erstattung plötzlich abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass Rücksendekosten aus der EU grundsätzlich nicht übernommen werden.
Eine klare Zusage nachträglich zurückzunehmen, finde ich weder kundenfreundlich noch fair. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Rücksendung überhaupt erst aufgrund der falschen Größenempfehlung notwendig wurde. So sollte Kundenservice nicht funktionieren.
Werde bestimmt nicht mehr bestellen.
