Poor quality, excessive return fee
Poor quality material. Awful sizing. Sleeves ended a full four inches short from wrist bone. But the worst part is the excessive return fee, a whopping 25 dollars charged to return a single item, a jacket. This is way out of line with what other apparel vendors charge, which is normally in the 5 to 8 dollar range.

Vorweg die bestellung kam superschnell an, hat aber leider nicht gepasst, daraufhin habe ich versucht herauszufinden wohin ich die sendung zurückschicken soll. Da diese aus den niederlanden kam. Habe ich diese nach stundenlangem suchen der Afresse auch dorthin zurückgesendet. Danach habe ich den support angeschrieben, Und dieser sagte mir das es eine retouren adresse in Deutschland gibt. Warum findet man die nicht online? Warum musste ich mühsam nach irgendeiner adresse suchen? Sied 2 Monaten warte ich jetzt auf reaktion von Happy gentleman, das ist kein kundenservice, das grenzt an Betrug!
Man versteckt die Daten für eine rücksendung und wenn man eine gefunden hat ist es die falsche. Kauft hier bitte nicht, es gibt genug Seriöse anbieter. Dieser hier ist keiner! Ich versuche mehrere hundert euro wieder zu bekommen.

Meine Rücksendung (an die adresse von dem das Päckchen kam) ist in der niederlassung In den niederlanden seid fast 2 monaten, (deswegen meine 2 monatsansage in der bewertung) zugestellt, deswegen komme ich nicht dran um es an eure (deutsche adresse) zu schicken, was ist daran so schwer mir mein geld zurückzugeben? Ihr habe euer Paket. In den Niederlanden wo es herkam.

Defective products and poor customer service
Bought a green suit that arrived defective and didn't look like the picture.
I wrote to them about the defective product and got the response that I have to handle the return myself since they don’t offer free returns even if the product is defective.
It ended up taking 5 days and countless emails explaining their own return policy before getting any clarification, as their customer service ignores emails.
Their excuse was that the shipping companies wouldn’t create a return label.
Not recommended.

Suit looked great in terms of the style, but the material was super heavy and super stiff. Definitely keep that in mind if buying. Also, they basically charged $50 to return it. So there's that. If you aren't sure, do not waste the money.

Low Quality Factory Second
The first jacket arrived in a retail box and looked to be of good quality but was too small so I exchanged it for the next size up. The replacement jacket arrived in a plastic bag. The cuffs on the replacement jacket were visually different sizes from each other and the diameter of the wrist openings were also noticeably different. The hood on the replacement jacket had what looks like ballpoint pen writing on it as well. I would rate the overall quality of the replacement jacket to be lower than a factory second. I would not buy another item from this seller.

I bought the size 42 jacket, but it came with 36-inch pants. The jacket wouldn’t button, so I had to exchange the suit. I’m hoping the size 44 I reordered fits better, which it should. The navy blue herringbone suit looks great, and I love the bright red and blue paisley detail on the vest. Shipping was super quick both ways, and I’d definitely shop with Happy Gentleman again.****** Edit I reached out to customer service about the fit, and they sent me a larger coat and vest.
