Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. They showed up right on time and immediately got to work putting together our giant playhouse. The entire process was extremely organized and professional. They came fully prepared with their own table, all of their own tools, and everything they needed to get the job done.

There had to be close to 1,000 individual pieces, and somehow they knew exactly what they were doing and kept everything organized throughout the entire assembly. They were incredibly diligent and hardworking. They barely even stopped to take a break. At one point, I actually asked them to stop and go eat lunch, but they said they wanted to keep working so they could make sure everything was finished.

They paid attention to every detail, made sure everything was put together correctly, and then completely cleaned up after themselves when they were done. You would never know such a huge project had just been assembled there.

They were amazing. I honestly don’t think anyone could have done a better job, and I couldn’t have asked for better people to put this together. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable, organized, hardworking, and extremely good at what they do.

They were on time professional, and they installed our product quickly and perfect. They cleaned up everything and they were friendly and they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them for any installations you may have.

Mark and his assistant were very nice and extremely helpful. I bought a Murphy bed that was partially put together but not finished by someone else. Mark and his assistant put the rest together and securely attached it to the wall. The bed looks great. I was very happy with the job they did!

Alex was extremely professional and efficient assembling and installing my treadmill. Awesome job and highly recommend handybuddy specifically Alex!

The person they sent didn't know how to set up the machine. After several hours, the tech came to me and said that pieces were missing from the brand-new machine. I went up the stairs, and that was not the issue. He just had no clue. I read the instructions and told him where the parts needed to go. I was late to work, so my brother came over and helped finish it. I notified the company. He also apparently didn't wear deodorant because the smell was unbearable.

Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. I was kept informed and was able to get an appointment within a week. The company representative confirmed the appointment the day before and even check to see if the technician had arrived on installation day.

The technician did a great job. He worked so hard in sweltering heat and never complained. The job was done well and everything was cleaned up. He showed me that everything worked and also showed me how to use the touchpad for the pergola. My only recommendation would be to take the stickers off of each of the pieces prior to them being installed because it will be difficult to get them off now without getting up on a ladder. Even with that….. I’d still give him a 10 out of 10.

GREAT JOB, NO ISSUES AT ALL

The entire process was pretty simple. The price was a little more than going directly through a handy person but I felt it was worth it given the vetting that was done by the company so I knew the person coming met some minimum standards, were insured, and if there were any issues w the assembly of the shed, there was a process to guarantee their service. We didnt have any issues and the shed looks great. I felt that piece of mind was worth the higher cost! Handy Buddy was very responsive to questions I had. It was my first time using them, and for bigger things like shed assembly, I would definitely use them again

Put in my order that I had to have a job completed by a certain date (that was a couple of weeks in the future) - request was to assemble a playscape that was a birthday gift AND center of the birthday party. I kept getting assigned to vendors that said they would do the job well after the date I had entered. Went through this process several times and Handybuddy customer service just told me tough, that they wouldn't communicate to the vendors there was a hard deadline and it was up to the vendors when they took a job to tell the customer when it would be scheduled.

Communication with Handybuddy was excellent regarding time of arrival. Cost is reasonable & worth hiring RDO assigned to assemble the patio set. RDO was so on time in arrival & very happy with the assembly.

Solid work. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

We were only sent one option for provider and there were some issues with communication during the assembly. We were sent one technician who arrived at 10:30 in the morning and was still working at 9:30 pm. We contacted the company to request that he return the next day, and they were abrupt in their communication. Apparently, they brought in the assembler from 3 hours away.

We had a great experience with handybuddy finding us an assembler for an arcade machine. They communicated quickly and professionally and the service guy showed up and got the job done beautifully. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks!

I’ve used this service twice in the last two weeks. Cost was much lower than other quotes we received for the same work. And, significantly, the service was high quality, professional, knowledgeable and fast! I’ll use handybuddy again hands down 🙂

Professional kept me updated & arrived on time. completed project time with very little mess

Horrible attitude. I needed help with a basketball hoop, and they basically told me to go away .. with very bad grammar btw. I have a hoop that needs alignment so its not a big job, but still its a problem. I saw their inflated prices for assembly and still I reached out for help but I guess they dont want the business.

Very organized, excellent communication and finished product looks amazing.
