H&T Pawnbrokers Arvostelua

Great service. Quick valuations and money was paid directly into my account before I'd even left the shop. Very impressed

Michelle from walthamstow branch was very helpful she offered a great and quick service I will definitely visit this branch again

Lovely staff that were very helpful, they made everything’s super easy and quick!

Friendly staff and always helpful in Leeds centre store Kinga was fantastic

Good exchange rates. Staff friendly and professional.

My experience this morning for fantastic staff where very helpful and friendly great experiences

I had the pleasure of visiting the Great Western Road branch for currency. Best rates I could find and was served by a staff member who gave me a gold bag incase I wanted to sell any unwanted jewellery as he told me the gold price is good just now so I’ll head back for sure.

Good customer service

the lady, Ash, was extremely helpful with myself today. very police and cheerful. made my experience great.

I use the company regularly and find them to be fair and efficient. Louise was lovely.

Bramley store was fantastic. Sold an item of jewellery fast and efficient great price. Would recommend.

My first visit to a pawnbrokers & I was a bit hesitant to go in. I was expecting a dark & dingy shop full of junk for sale. To my surprise the shop was modern, well lit, clean & welcoming.

I went into the Grainger Street brach Newcastle & was served by a very kind & helpful young man called Ian.

He explained every step of the process from the verification tests needed on my scrap gold items some of which were in several pieces, to the privacy policy, the valuation & the charges I would need to pay to get my items back if I changed my mind after selling them. The whole process was very pleasant & I left the shop wishing I had more items to sell, so if I ever do want to sell anything else this shop would be my first port of call.

Ian clearly enjoys his job & is a credit to the branch.

Halifax store staff extremely helpful when I wanted to make a purchase. Really pulled out all the stops to help access an item located at their Basingstoke store and couldn’t be happier. Many thanks guys.

Very helpful with any questions I had and probably the best service I would use for pawnbroker services

Was my second time in the shop. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming. They look after me straight away . Professional, accurate service and friendly . I definitely recommend this place. I will come back

The online shopping experience is good. The refunds and servicing is good.

30 day returns and 1 year warranty on the watches are well priced.

Be wary as I've got 2 watches from here that both went bad after less than a month (mechanical failures with 0 physical damage), although I cant fault H&T because they gave full refunds as soon as I arrived to the store and requested it.

Would be 5 star if the quality assurance on the resold watches was better.

Sold some gold and got a great price. Was impressed by the great service from Ross- would highly recommend him and H and T Edinburgh

A great place. Was served by Hayley who was very kind and helpful. Gave me a very competitive price for some items. Thank you.

Very honest and trustworthy establishment, raimonds at the blackburn branch was top notch. I had been quoted £140 for the value of a pair of cufflinks. Raimonds advised these had been seriously undervalued and paid out £560 for this item, lovely man, honest and friendly service, would def use again, thanks H&T pawnbrokers and especially Raimonds, I'll use these again in the future without a doubt !

Craig was very helpful and professional. Was very knowledgable about products and made selling and buying seamless.
