They were fairly quick in their response to my issues. My unit did experience a seemingly minor flaw, but I do tend to be rough with my equipment. DIY solutions for a great DIY tool.

Rotary tool design issues
Delivery was perfect and the rotary tool is great value for money but there were a few issues that were apparent when I first used the tool.
Initially the chuck release was fused and was very difficult to unlock, I had to spray WD40 oil into the mechanism and carefully use multi grips to rotate the chuck release to get it to unlock.
The tool then worked fine.
I would also second another review that the default direction of rotation is incorrect, it rotates towards the user rather than away from the user so a direction change is always needed when first using the tool.

First time excellent
Good quality products and a straightforward and speedy transaction. Shipping was fast. Product was packed well enough for USPS shipping. For a first experience, pretty damned good, however, rotation is industry incorrect. Forward is actually reverse, so you have to change direction right after startup. Burs only cut in one direction, the industry standard forward. Shame, great otherwise.
