Hanboost Ignores Me

In November of 2024, I supported Hanbost through Kickstarter for the C1 Tool. I received numerous updates as to the reasons why the cutter was late in development, production, or shipping. In June of 2025, I emailed them and was told I would receive everything. By mid-July, Hanboost asked, "what order?" They also stopped responding to me by email, X, or Facebook.

I contacted Kickstarter, and I am waiting to see if Hanboost replies to them. (I'm not expecting them to do any better)

The company address is a Condo in Irvine, CA.

This was a well executed Kickstarter project for the Hanboost C1 Ulra-sonic Cutter

This was a Kickstartee project for the Hanboost C1 ultra-sonic cutter. They did an excellent job describing the rewards possible for supporting the Kickstarter project.
Upon close of the Kickstarter project, they quickly had the survey done. Which worked the first time. After that, they sent supporters emails at least monthly describing their progress on fulfillment. In the end, they missed the ship date by a small margin. They gave backers a 50% discount on their website to apologize for being late. They enhanced the utility of the C1 by developing sanding sticks that they made available on their website.
Overall, Hanboost delivered

High quality tools

High quality tools with really nice durable cases. Great selection of exotic driver bits included not just the standard types.

Packaging was very poor

Packaging was very poor. No foam or paper in the package, everything rumbles around. Some Ceramic Fiber Oil Stones are missing, the small boxes are opened. Even the box of the multitool inside the package is damaged. I can provide pictures. That can be done much better.

You're telling me you ship 7-10 days.It has been 11 days and my order isn't even in this country yet.Talk about a slow response after you were paid for the product.
