This tool won't take the place of my other high-end one but it is a great adjunct to it. Given all of the above, the portability, and it's price point, I'm a fan and would recommend it.

I bought this knife specifically to help with support removal on my 3D prints. It works great and is surprisingly quiet. A fantastic tool for any maker.

They were fairly quick in their response to my issues. My unit did experience a seemingly minor flaw, but I do tend to be rough with my equipment. DIY solutions for a great DIY tool.

This ultrasonic cutter easily handles most of the materials I use for scale models. It has dramatically reduced the time needed for piece preparation. Highly recommended

The build quality is outstanding, and it comes with a nice storage case. It cuts through plastic like a hot knife through butter. Fast delivery, good product and fast customer support, something was missing by delivery but was solved fast by customer support.

A little expensive but well worth the money, not only for modelers but any hobbyist needing to make precise cuts...a must have on my work table...without a doubt.

The products have been very helpful in detail cleaning and repair of precision parts.

The products are great I own three types of them customer service takes time to get back to you, but they eventually do pretty happy with it. I had a package that was damaged. They were quick to give me something to make up for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Company does not stand by their products or words. Total SCAM. Got sent a non fictional product and no response from the company for over a month. Filed a dispute with my credit card and they finally responded. Convinced me that I would get sent a new product if I cancelled the dispute. Biggest mistake!!! They kept insisting that the dispute was still active and then told me TWICE that a refund was on the way. Then told me that They could not refund me and had to contact my credit card company. After the 60 day period was over where I could not refund issue the dispute. They know what they are doing to scam people!!!

Fast shipping. My ultrasonic cutter cuts plastic easily with little effort. My only gripe is it arrived with the battery at about 0% and had to charge before I could try it out.
