I need a reliable generator to top up marine batteries during winter months when there is limited solar available.
Contacted Hampshire Generators, they were quick to respond and the unit I bought was on promotion with a 2 year warranty.

Great service, great price and the generator has done over 20 hours work in the 4 days since I bought it without missing a beat.

I had previously bought a new generator online from a retailer, no workshop and no expertise. The unit quickly failed and even with a refund I lost money as well as time. Hampshire Generators has the workshop and expertise to ensure only good quality machines are stocked.

I would like to comment on the after sales service provided by Lucy as she has been really helpful. I enquired about returning one of the items I had purchased as it was surplus to my needs and Lucy responded to my email very quickly, explaining the process and then following up with me so she could look out for the returned item and refund the money. Ordered a Excel Power XL3000E 3kW Open Frame Petrol Generator , arrived as scheduled.
I emailed a query regarding the engine oil when preparing the engine before starting . Very quick reply. Excellant advice and offer of support if needed.

I have had two problems with a bluetti power pack and Hampshire Generators arranged everything. Everything went really smoothly.

Unfortunately I had a mechanical issue with a product I purchased. However, the team were fantastic firstly in trying to diagnose it remotely and the subsequent return of the generator and solution. Comms from Lucy Miller wee great!

Small mix-up to start with my order but was very quickly resolved, so overall very pleased with the service and help.

Bought a small 2.2kva generator, after a month we had a manufacturing issue with it. Contacted the company and it was sorted over a 3 day period. Sent the faulty one back and had a replacement sent out. Couldn’t fault the service. Thank you guys.

Had problems with a new purchased unit. The after sales staff were very helpful in resolving this issue. Would recommend this company.

Had an issue with our Anker power station which was luckily still under warranty. Although the process was somewhat lengthy, due to the requirement to liaise with Anker on the warranty side, Hampshire were always good at keeping in touch and assisting in getting a resolution.

Received excellent customer service from the aftercare team - namely Lucy, who ensured I got an issue fixed as soon as possible. Everything from the first point of contact when I first rang, the staff were polite and listened to the issue and promptly organised a solution. The collection of the generator and all communications through out until re delivery were quick and I wasn't left awaiting a reply. I always knew what was happening and if I did have any questions Lucy found out the answer for me.

I bought a generator on amazon from this company,wich cost me €1600. I had just stress with a worker named Paul. He called me next day after they got the money out of my account . He was not fully honest when I asked if I have to pay extra fees other than delivery what was showing on amazon, and he assured me that it won't happen. After 2 days I was called from Ireland Dublin that I have to pay almost €400 some fee if I want my generator. Thank God that Amazon got me full refund finaly. I had to wait 20 days for my money to be in my account after lots of calls to amazon and this company . Not recomand this company, not în a milion years. Very unprofessional

Service was excellent from start to finish. Lucy in aftersales was very helpful with any queries I had.

My trusty Honda EX650 generator had been neglected for a number of years and would only run with the choke on.
I contacted Hampshire Generators who said they would look at it to see what the issue was. They cautioned me that as this generator had been discontinued by Honda if spare parts were needed that might be difficult.
I dropped the generator off and picked it up a week later in perfect working order. The carburettor needed a good clean and resetting.
