Generator Warehouse Arvostelua 

I need to update a review I posted in April about generator warehouse. After some research it turns out the scammers I mentioned have an address of “generator-warehouse.com”. Take note of the hyphen…..THAT is what separates the scammers from this company. They have an address in Malaysia. So my bad review was aimed at them not this company from the UK. My apologies for the confusion.

Delivered exactly as ordered on time- no fuss

Excellent service from this courier from start to finish

What a refreshing experience to deal with a Company that lives up to my expectations. From my initial enquiry about delivery through to my online purchase and the final delivery of the product, it was a well oiled machine. Just bought the Honda EU70iS Inverter Generator 7kW which is one fantastic machine. The set up was straight forward and is typical of Honda, and the machine itself is very well built and strongly packaged for transit. It runs far quieter that expected and performs as described. Highly recommend both the Honda Generator and Generator Warehouse.

Our communications and the help and service we received from this company were excellent. The item we purchased was exactly as described and was extremely well packaged. However, the two hour delivery slot that we were given by the courier did not materialise on the day it was promised and it arrived with us on the following day within the two hour delivery slot for that day. This was disappointing as we had waited in needlessly on the previous day. Despite the delivery glitch, we would still be very happy to deal with this company again as we believe they are thoroughly conscientious, professional and reliable.

Ordered a durostar generator from them only to find out my order got cancelled. When asked why they said “problem with PayPal and shipping “
There was no PayPal problem thankfully PayPal got my money back. Steer clear of these scammers!!

This rating is based on the main suppliers sending out the goods and the couriers delivering them in a bad state; so bad in fact one was either damaged or had come apart during transit! To be fair Generator Warehouse service was fast and efficient and the communication and resolve was handled quickly and efficiently.
