Terrible terrible company - Please avoid at all costs and go anywhere else. They have no phone number, you can't talk to they - emails go unanswered the up to a week.

Purchase attempt 1 - Bought a electric Hoist , was given a FedEx tracking number, the package was never handed to FedEx - over a week later before my emails were responded to and a refund finally received.

Purchase attempt 2 - tried again, mistakes happen - this time I got a FedEx tracking number nice and quick and my wife took delivery 2 days later - of a huge petrol jet wash instead of a hoist - again, nowhere to phone, no response to my emails - so sitting here with a massive box in my house with a petrol jet wash instead of a hoist.

£700 spent and still not got the hoist I wanted.

FOR YOUR OWN SANITY BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Buying a dual fuel generator is not new to me. It seems Champion comes out with new Technology and the Price is also a factor.
I will give further feedback after I have experience the product. Thanks.

Quick and easy purchase and a very powerful pressure washer.

I recently purchased a 140A Flux Core welder from Bimson Power.
I'm new to welding and the product is described on their website as perfect for beginners and hobbyists.
The welder itself seems well enough constructed but the so called product manual is dire and the worst I've ever seen!
The product contains a rotary adjustment knob, labelled on the diagram in the manual as "Adjustment of welding voltage compensation" yet there is no reference to how or when to use this in the instructions. The manual is full of other errors, even instructing the wire is fed clockwise when in fact it needs to be the opposite.

The product also lacks any info on appropriate material settings (voltage/amps) - something found on the majority of welding machines even at lower price points.

All these things make this a product definitely not suitable for beginners.

I would still have been happy though had Bimson Power been responsive to my queries.
I contacted them through their website contact form, raising my issues and asking for info on the use of the voltage compensation knob but have had no reply.

All in all this is disappointing and has spoilt what should have been enjoyment of this new hobby.
As a result I cannot recommend this company.

A fast transaction,arrived as per tracking i have not used the plasma yet just setting it up and connecting and waiting for Electrician to up grade circuit for this dedicated machine,Plasma machine certainly has a quality feel and will look forward to using it for my next project.
