Had some communication issues all resolved by email.
Got my miniatures and are very happy with them. Great quality.

Poor quality miniatures. Very difficult to pick out any details. Have since bought the same models from a different seller and much much better quality. Very disappointed, won't be buying from them again

Scammer. James Alexander Ronald Little takes your money and disappears.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago, it's a gift for an upcoming birthday. It hasn't been dispatched so I contacted the company via email to ask when I can expect to receive it, no response. I believed this to be a reputable store but having read other reviews, I will now be raising a refund request. I will not use this company again.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

I ordered from them and expected my items within 3 weeks as they stated on their website. Over those 3 weeks, i received no update from them on the order so I got in touch via email. No reply. I used their chat service. No reply. I used their support ticket. You guessed it, no reply.

At this point it had been over a month, so I made a complaint through shopify. Again, no reply (shopify send the complaint to the seller).

After all of this, I requested a charge back on my credit card which thankfully worked.

This company does not deliver on their service, do not reply ro customers and also do not have a phone number!

Never order from them!

A truly awful experience.
Placed an order 1st Jan, not updated or communication.
Chased the retailer after 4 weeks, no reply to chat, emails or messages.
Complete radio silenced.
Raised a dispute via credit card as no other option & retailer instantly refunded my order - why do this.
I would much rather have had my items than a refund - all it would have taken was 1 email with an expected delivery date.
Avoid this company at all costs - truly appalling way to run a business!

I ordered a warhammer character believing it to be an authentic warhammer produced by games workshop. The image of the product for sale was the 'box item as sold in any warhammer shop'. I have received an email stating that there is a delay in manufacture due to issue with the owners digital printer. At the time of purchase I was not aware the item was a replica. I have requested a refund.

Ordered a few kits from Hammerline in August, and after a few weeks I asked for an update and got a snarky email in return, as if I had been somehow impatient in the weeks of silence following the purchase. When asked if I had 'read the FAQ', I explained I had indeed and that my issue wasn't covered, which was met with no response from the store.

When the kits did arrive, one of them was missing a miniature, though its base was in the box. Reached out to Hammerline, against my better judgement and they said they would get a replacement queued up and sent out. That was 3 months ago. I'm yet to see the missing figure.

Honestly don't waste your time here. I understand there might be delays in the printing process, or if the store is particularly busy, that's fine. It happens. But the customer service was poor, and the minis (though nice miniatures) I could have got from a few other independent printers but wanted to try Hammerline because I'd heard good things. Wargaming is an expensive hobby when you tally everything up (figures, terrain, books, craft supplies), so a missing figure isn't something that I can really overlook, and nor is it something a store should overlook either. Never again.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but people need to know not to use hammerline for 3d printed minis.

Not only did my order come missing half of what I ordered but of the 12 minis I received all but 4 were usable.
The other 8 had supports welded on due to poor care taken between cleaning and curing, 2 of the 8 were damaged and missing parts and packaging was awful, had many broken parts.

And it gets better, I’ve emailed them twice the past week and they haven’t replied.
Guessing as it states in their policies you can’t return anything after 30 days of purchase they are deliberately ignoring me as it took over 3 weeks for my order to be delivered.

Disgusting service.

Very good prints, I have a few small minis and a titan from them. communication was great and would really recommended for everyone. designs are fantastic and you get way more in terms of options with the minis you buy. Small buisness so get supporting them. I will be buying more before I finish what I have!

I have just received my order after some 17 days and OMG! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. A 4 year old must of packed it hence the many broken legs etc, not to mention the minis don't feel completely cured. I understand the clean up process for any mini but come on. You can keep my money, you won't be getting any more, absolute rubbish. I've received better from China.

Bought some steel legion proxies, arrived within a week and the quality of printing was great. Supports gone, only needed a bit of cleaning up and ready to go.

Top service, competitively priced, quality printing and usually some nice freebies!
