From start to finish the entire order process was seamless, professional, and punctual. Hair Med ensured that I was updated regarding my order confirmation, shipping details, as well as following up after the fact. Product was advertised to bear Feb 2013 as the expiration period but what was shipped to me bears dec 2022 expiration .

Thank you for letting us know about this. We're sorry that the product you received (Minoxidil 5% Foam 3-Month, Expiry of December 2022) did not match the description provided when ordering (Minoxidil 5% Foam 3-Month, Expiry of February 2023). As part of our quality guarantee, we only sell minoxidil products with a minimum expiration date of a year from the current date. However, our Minoxidil 5% Foam 3-Month product inventory carries a small range of expiration dates variations (all of which have at least a year before expiry), which were likely mixed up by our team during the fufillment process. I assure you that this was an uncommon occurrence, and we'll do better in the future. We've already updated the relevant 3-Month product on our website to show December 2022 or later.
As you can see from other customer reviews on our website at hairmed.ca, we are known for responsiveness and caring deeply about our customers. We will use your feedback to make us better and ensure this doesn't happen again! Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone from the Hair Med team.
