While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible, once an order is received by our primary mail carrier (Canada Post), there may be occasional shipment delays due to circumstances outside our control.

I've shared this with the Hair Med team to resolve this as quickly as possible. I assure you that this was an uncommon occurrence, and we'll do better in the future. Great Service and Follow Up

Ordered a Dutasteride prescription through HairMed. Their team was friendly and attentive the entire process. I would recommend HairMed to anyone looking for similar products or services.

Haven't received my order in reasonable…

Would like to say that I was very impressed with the customer service. My order had been quite delayed and EJ tracked my order through Canada post and made sure that it was delivered to my satisfaction. This is a small,new company that is worth considering.
