My FB was hacked in July and they put a 2 factor authentication on my account. I spent WAY to much time watching endless YouTube videos, reading a plethora of articles with solutions to no avail. FB has zero point of contact so regardless of sending selfies, my drivers license, passport, voter id, I was stuck in the loop of duo. They charge you $100 everytime they talk to you, it is NOT a one time fee or flat charge to help. They have zero internal connects at facebook, you are able of doing everything yourself that they do.
