My Facebook account got hacked due to a lack of two-factor authentication. I tried myself for one day but Aaron assisted me step-by-step in trying out several other workarounds untill i was able to add my original email again and so recovered my account, changed the pw again, setup 2FA and kicked the hacker out. All this in less then one hour

I was hacked on the 24th July; I had never been hacked before and was very upset since my account was created in 2011 and I had over a decade of memories/photos stored on there. Greg has been very attentive, as he helped me get into my account, but the issue continued as the hackers had created an authenticator code that he was unable to remove. He responded to every email after the call to check on me and let me know what I could do next. After a couple days Facebook had removed that code, and I was able to remove the email of the hacker. Not sure if I would have waited if they would have taken care of the issue without me having to pay the $99. The only disappointment I had was it felt rushed and you are unable to ask any questions in that time frame. That is why I didn't give a 5.
