My order arrived missing items. I contacted customer service, but the experience was very disappointing. The representative had poor spelling and grammar, which made communication difficult and did not inspire confidence.

Despite not shipping my complete order, they refused to issue any refund for the missing items or provide a reasonable resolution. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Delivery is very slow…i am asked to review a product i haven’t even received yet. I guess i will get once summer has ended!

The scooter with the seat was nice but illegal in Canada. Recd bike in about a week but accessories came from China and took 2-3 weeks. Looked nice and ran well but I had to sell it. 😢 bought a cargo trike. 😁

Problem free online ordering and timely delivery for a well designed C1 Plus scooter.

Their customer service is bad. They don’t reply to emails too well. The one year warranty on their products is bad. Their website is not user friendly

I don't recommend their products to anyone else.

Note: This review was written up to and including assembly. Feb 2006 ordered Gyroor C1S Electric Scooter with seat, Removable Dual Baskets - 550W Motor(Peak 800W) and Top Speed 18.6MPH from gyroor.ca
Ordered direct from Gyroor.ca because Amazon and Walmart either didnt have this model or didnt have it close to price offered directly. My credit card texted me to ask if it was a fraudulent charge. That made me a bit paranoid I think to start. After I said was fine and charge went through, said to download the Shop app to track delivery. There was something wrong with the Shop app. The next day when I went to look at the tracking, it showed the scooter picture and said it had been delivered 2 hrs ago, when there was no sign of it. I started thinking this was a scam, so I tried contacting gyroor by all electronic means possible (chat and email) and it took many hours for both to respond. It seems that the first line of response is Artificial Intelligence, because the initial response was that a human would get back to me. Within a day the information was corrected in Shop and by email gyroor did contact me to give me a tracking number (they actually had not started the order yet). I was then able to track the order no problem. It arrived in the time period promised on website. The item was packed very well to prevent any issues during shipping, and the paper instructions for finishing assembly were clear. I dont think they say this on the site but the manual says ideally one doesnt ride this in the rain, get it too wet or too hot or cold (best stored inside). This wouldnt work for me but is fine for the friend I bought it for. It seemed from the odd bad review that the people who were dissatisfied with performance were close to the weight limit, but my friend is right in the middle. Looking forward to trying it!

I just want a user manual for a scooter that I purchased from shoppers drug mart in 2022. I sent them a request but they dont seem to know anything about the scooter even though it has their name on it.
They asked for photos to help identify which I found and sent. Now they will not respond. I have emailed about 10 times over the last month.

Very poor customer service. By a different brand and stay away!

they have NO PARTS SUPPORT. ZERO. ZILCH. My son's charger quit working. it's a little over 2 years since we bought the bike, so we go onto gyroor.com & order a new one. a week goes by.. I emailed & asked for a tracking number so I could keep an eye on progress- no response. 2 week goes by- I email again- HEY! I need a tracking number. NOTHING. no response. thank heavens I paid with paypal- I went on paypal.com & complained, paypal refunded my money. I still haven't recieved a response from gyroor.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a hoverboard for Christmas. It came defective and we are unable to return. Customer service is nonexistent. Not to mention it’s complete junk. Stay away from this company. They do not stand by their products and now we’re out $400.

Bought a new Gyroor C3 in the autumn, didn’t set it up until spring. Turns out the battery is defective so I contacted Gyroor. They wouldn’t do anything because the battery wasn’t on the “recall” list. I tried just buying a new battery, but their website couldn’t accommodate my request since I am located in Canada. Since their sellers here won’t order a replacement battery, I contacted Gyroor again. Two tries, and they refused to respond. A TRULY USELESS COMPANY!

No answers. Payed 250€, got no shipping notification and I asked for information by german and US E-Mails and also by the contact form on the Website. But no feedback. Dont know if I will get my Money Back.

TERRIBLE!!! TOTAL SCAM!! I bought a “brand new” board and it arrived with a very noticeable gap between the top of the board and bottom cover. I thought I could just unscrew it and align it properly, but two of the screws were stripped bare and one screw was missing. Also, one of the wheel guard is loose to the point of rattling as is the charging port. I contacted Gyroor and provided all of the pictures, videos and information that they requested. Per the representative at Gyroor, “Workers may have neglected to assemble it.” So I expressed that I was not happy with the product and started inquiring about returning it. They offered me $20 to take it to a repair shop, when I declined that offer and demanded that they stand by their warranty and replace/repair the board or refund my money, they blocked me on messenger and refuse to respond to my emails. Solid company. What a mistake.

DO NOT BUY ,,(((SCAM))) I JUST BOUGHT A HOVERBORD FROM THIS COMPANY ((hoverhub.ca)) IT TOOK A MONTH TO DELIVER ,I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT AND RECEIVE MY MONET BACK ,I SEND EMAILS AND I CALL NO ANSWER ,FIRST THE COLOUR THAT I ORDERED WAS BLUE NOT RED ?? SECOND SEND ME A PLUG FOR EUROPE AND NOT CANADA ?? HOVERBOARD IT’S NOT CERTIFIED AND THAT THE BATTERY WAS CHANGE IT A CHEAP ONE INSTEAD OF THE SAMSUNG ?? HERE WAS SOME SCREWS MISSING BECAUSE THE BATTERY COVER WAS OPEN.. I VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! Now he has put another web site name ((gyroor.ca)) ❌❌❌ BE CAREFUL do not give your money for nothing .
