I ordered a device on December 11 of 2025 and I haven’t received anything yet. I keep getting these automated emails and generic response is telling me that they’re having problems through customs or whatever the case may be, but I haven’t gotten anything reasonable. I’ve been waiting for three months and I’m still empty-handed.

infishark Nano is a great cybersecurity tool. Very portable and for what it’s equipped with it packs a punch. These numnuttz are leaving FALSE BAD REVIEWS. These are pre order people and they don’t have patience theses are hand made devices made with precision and care well worth the short wait.

The device works great and infishark is awesome

This company has been so wonderful, and the device is awesome. These guys are working so hard to get people's pre-orders out as fast as possible despite tons of setbacks from customs and tariffs.

Ordered 3, got my 3. Works as advertised. Seems they are adding new features with each update.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews from people that set higher expections than what was promised. You can blame them for customs delays or the Orange Administration flip flopping on policy when it comes to shipping to America.

Have patience, your device will arrive. Amazon has ruined everyone ability to wait for mail, let alone how Pre-orders work. You are aware when you order that it's a pre-order, not an order.

The device works as described, wifi deauthing, captive portals, little mini games built inside etc. it's a great low budget device that pretty powerful.

Reading these reviews is kinda funny. This isn't Amazon, it's a small company making pentesting devices. Pre-orders are not instantly made and appear in your mailbox.

Have had great service and response from them. Zero issues

This device has been such a joy to use and so easy to learn with. As someone who is just getting into the cybersecurity gadgets game, having such a small device that is capable of so much really excites me. The customer support has been great and the people at Infishark have been so friendly. I can't wait to see more from these people!

The worst ! Please advise.

In September 2025 I ordered one of their devices, but here we sit March 2026 and still nothing. So I send them inquring emails but keep getting the same exact message talking about the same couple weeks wait we should get them. So far I have not been impressed with the level of service received from this company. I would not do this again! If you are thinking about getting one.....wait for them to be available on the market.....unless you dont mind waiting 8 months to a year. or get ripped off.

I ordered in june of 2025 almost a year ago, saw it on youtube with all the great reviews. Its all fake its not coming. i only get lies and pushed out dates it went from 2 weeks to 4 to 1 to 3to4 weeks. Anyway, too much bad to list on this thing... Save your money, if you already ordered , I would get a refund. The company will respond with an apology to this review, its garbage because its the exact same reply everytime i dont think anyone is actually human. but i do think that someone got rich quick overnight with this. run away!

I ordered a device on November 20, 2025 I was updated that my order would be sent out December 2025 I was just informed that I won’t see my order till April now. This is the WORST tech company i’ve ever dealt with DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I don’t even know if they are real.

I have been doing tech for over 40 years, saw it on youtube with all the great reviews. Its all fake, this thing is not a shark, its a minnow... It does nothing special, battery life is horrible. I built a pawnagotchi about a year ago for half the price, actually does what it suppose to and so much more. Anyway, too much bad to list on this thing... Save your money, if you already ordered , I would get a refund. The company will respond with an apology to this review, its garbage.. if it were great, i would be on here telling you so.

*** Update, I sent an email to the company requesting a refund, like they said, no response. Again, don't believe the garbage they type here, its as bad as their product. I repeat, Buying this from them = regret

ive been waiting OVER 7 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER!!
Nothing but false ETA"s and excuses. Now its BOT responses to my email inquiries. Ordered the first week of JULY....still no product...not even a tracking number. Updates are nothing but a joke. 3PL this and 3PL that.

I've been waiting for like 8 months what a scam hard

Same thing with me, preordered back in May 2025 prompting only 1 star for consistency in proving the same delay excuses. Now I expected to read an reply here with the same excuses, smh!

I emailed them and got a confirmation of my email being received in a couple minutes. I got a reply to my email shortly after. So far the customer service is excellent. If this is any indication on how the company runs, they are going to be around for a long time. Please don't change a thing.1

Out of all the companies out there that sell & create wireless pentesting devices, this is the only one that has gone out of their way to be consumer&budget friendly. I pre-ordered & am still waiting for my BLEshark nano, but I can tell just by how much heart these guys put into their product that it's gonna be well worth the wait.

Great company with fast, knowledgeable replies. I highly recommended their products. They are the definition of quality work.

I just ordered the Black BLE Shark Nano from InfiShark Tech, and honestly I couldnt be more impressed even before its even shipped The website was super easy to navigate ordering was a breeze and their customer support has been amazing answering all my questions so quickly I can already tell they really care about their customers. I’m beyond excited to get my hands on my Shark Nano its exactly what I was looking for From start to finish this has been such a smooth and positive experience I highly recommend InfiShark Tech to anyone need cyber security gadgets its way cheaper and better than the flipper these guys know how to make shopping stress free and exciting

Recently went to purchase the nano I paid the full price as advertised with my debit card shortly after the transaction was completed you tried to charge me again on my credit card without my notification authorization you've been flagged card has been blocked I would like a full refund I no longer wish to interact with you out of fear that you're a reputation sorted full refund please I'm not sending you any more money I pay the advertised price and that's the end of it
