This is a follow up from an earlier review. I called numerous times and finally got to talk to somebody and they finally indicated that I am now going to get a refund but I have to wait another 2 to 3 business days for the money to show up in my account. I definitely will be looking somewhere else for any parts.
We purchased a genuine Samsung dryer heater part. Pricing was excellent for an OEM part. The part was delivered in 2 days (GTA, Ontario). The only improvement would be in shipping/tracking info. The morning I actually received the part, I had called in to see if it had been shipped (as they say same day order processing). The agent said yes and gave me a tracking number which showed "on delivery" and I received the part that afternoon. Funny enough, I got the automated tracking number 9 hours after I had installed the part (3 days after placing the order). Overall, quality/pricing/service/shipping are excellent, automated updates/tracking could be improved.
Web site was easy to navigate. Part was shipped quickly and properly protected
Matched the part to my AC and shipped it fast! I just had the model number from the app and everything fit. Very pleased

TV remote was discontinued and unavailable from any other location, including manufacturer. PartsMelange had it in stock and it was delivered 2 days after placing order and it works *perfectly" - unlike many of "knock off" equivalents on Amazon which I had to return.
