Suite à une erreur de leur système informatique, Guerlain a envoyé ma commande à quelqu'un d'autre. Le SAV n'a rien voulu comprendre et savoir, me traitant presque de menteuse ! J'ai même un peu peur que via leur système je sois victime d'une usurpation d'identité. C'est grave. Comme j'avais payé sur PayPal, j'ai ouvert un dossier sur PayPal. Et là j'ai obtenu une réponse !! Une réponse mais pas de solution. Guerlain m'a demandé de sortir de la messagerie de PayPal pour lui envoyer une attestation sur l'honneur et une copie de ma pièce d'identité. J'ai trouvé cela particulièrement humiliant et contre -commercial mais je l'ai fait. Depuis 10 jours silence radio ! Même pas un avis de réception ! Du coup je viens de transformer le problème en réclamation chez PayPal pour au moins être remboursée... un jour. Je ne comprends cette politique contre-productive du SAV. Ils n'ont rien vérifié. La facture est à mon nom et à mon adresse sur PayPal mais elle est à une autre adresse sur leur site internet !! Et cela, ça ne les fait pas réagir ! Les propriétaires de Guerlain ( LVMH) veulent-ils faire capoter la marque ? A lire les commentaires sur Guerlain, on peut se le demander .... Suite au prochain épisode !

Have been using Guerlain for a couple of years and have noticed that their eye cream is not as full as it should be. I recently purchased another jar and it has significantly less product. Upon emailing Guerlain they asked for proof of purchase, photos etc., only to reply that the product is still effective and it may have lopsided during transportation. Do they actually think people are idiots?! Not to mention the shape of the jar makes it difficult to access the last bit of product that sticks to the grooves.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my refund.
It has now been over three months since I returned the item and was assured that a refund would be issued. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive my money or a clear explanation for the delay.

This situation is extremely disappointing and falls far below acceptable customer service standards. I must insist that my refund is processed immediately.

Please be advised that if I do not receive confirmation that my refund has been issued within 7 days of this email, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. This will include filing a formal complaint with the relevant ombudsman and pursuing any additional action available to me.

I hope this can be resolved promptly without the need for escalation.

Worst customer service ever and most inefficient service. I bought the mirrored lipstick at Christmas, 2 weeks later the lipstick broke. All Guerlain counters refused to fix the issue and instead advised me to contact their online customer services platform. I contacted them early Jan and have been sent round in circles with no actual fix. It’s now April and I’ve not had a reply from them since early March. Do NOT invest in their products, they’re scam artists. Happy to take your money but no customer service to match up to their ‘premium’ brand. Buy from Chanel, Dior, Prada and V.Beckham for elite products and service

Placed an order as a gift gor my wife, which wad canceled 2 days after confirmation. This item says in stock but they emailed me days ago saying my order was canceled because the item is out of stock.

Shocking service and it seems I'm not the only one!

Ordered a gift for my sister. DPD said 'sorry we missed you' but they didn't attempt delivery (i have security cameras). Another text from DPD the following ay saying 'sorry we missed you' then another text stating that my item was being returned to Guerlain! Left 2 voicemails on the 'customer services' number. No one called me back. Sent about 5 messages through the Guerlain website. Only 1 reply saying my order was with DPD when it wasn't, it was on its way back to Guerlain! Zero customer services. Waiting for a refund now......otherwise I will contact my bank to recover the money. Very disappointed. Will never order from them online again. Had to buy a different birthday gift which was hugely disappointing as I wanted the Guerlain item

I got an email stating the sample I ordered was not available. I immediately wrote back to ask if they could just substitute it. No answer. Then when I got the order no sample. I emailed them again and of course no response. REALLY bad customer service for such a luxury company!

Ich habe das 6×2 ml Discovery-Set als Geschenk bestellt und beim Öffnen festgestellt, dass 3 der 6 Parfums bereits benutzt waren. Und das, obwohl die Plastikfolie noch unversehrt war, sie müssen also schon vor dem Verpacken verwendet worden sein. Für 47 € ist das einfach eine Frechheit. Zurückschicken ist für mich zeitlich nicht mehr möglich, und laut Rückgabebedingungen geht das ohnehin nur bei unbenutzten Produkten. Wirklich extrem enttäuschend.

The Tobacco and Honey formule has been changed. Its mostly just a sweet smell - no ‘tobacco’ which made it distinctive. Not recommended.

I went with high hopes to find their beautiful brush for the Meteorites. It was a large brush with a gold handle in a beautiful golden holder. They do not make it anymore. Instead they make a tiny round brush in black plastic. So disapppointed !

Services clients pas du tout professionnel 3 mois pour traiter un remplacement de produit déffectueux . J'ai dû faire plusieurs relances eu aucun geste commercial promis . Acuns respects du client je n'achèterais plus leurs produits. Il y a beaucoup d'autres marques prestigieuses qui existent et qui donnent entières satisfactions. Continuez dans ce traitement du client et vous allez perdre encore des clients.

You would expect that, given the prices you pay for Guerlain fragrances, the service would be far better than this. I ordered several perfumes online with engraving, and the whole experience was disappointing.
The packaging was a mess when I opened it. One of the engravings was barely visible - why even offer that colour or wax option if the result is so poor? They also packed the perfumes into the wrong boxes, and the seals looked as though they’d been reattached carelessly.
They later sent me a review request, which I completed. They replied saying they would “be in contact to discuss the issues.” Did they follow up?
Of course not.
I’ve always loved the Guerlain fragrances I’ve bought previously from boutiques, but this experience has definitely made me reconsider buying more. Once they have your money, the level of service they promise seems to disappear entirely.

Le système de points est un arnaque.
Je suis vraiment déçue du système de points chez Guerlain. Les points s’accumulent, mais au final on n’a pratiquement jamais accès aux récompenses. Les offres sont souvent indisponibles, limitées ou difficiles à obtenir, ce qui rend le programme frustrant.

On a l’impression de faire des achats en pensant bénéficier d’avantages, mais lorsqu’on veut utiliser ses points, les récompenses ne sont pas accessibles. Pour une marque de luxe, c’est vraiment décevant.

Un programme de fidélité devrait récompenser réellement ses clientes, pas leur donner l’impression que leurs points ne servent à rien.
A cause de cela je ne serai plus cliente chez Guerlain.

Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice war sehr positiv. Ich hatte bei meiner gewählten Zahlungsmethode leider übersehen, dass meine alte Adresse angegeben war. Ich habe mich sofort an den Kundenservice via Online Formular gewandt und auch relativ schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Adresse konnte ich noch ändern lassen bzw. DPD wurde darüber informiert. Das Paket kam gut bei mir an und auch alle Proben waren beigelegt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Finde es schade, dass es hier sehr viele negative Bewertungen gibt. Gott sei Dank kann ich diese nicht nachvollziehen. Würde wieder bestellen. Vielen Dank an das Team von Guerlain.

Customer service absolutely shocking and rude!
Sent me out a used scratched lipstick case and wouldn’t refund me or send me a replacement, tried saying I damaged it myself.

eine Parfumbestellung im Wert von über 300€ wurde Mitte Dezember aus dem Paket gestohlen. Hierfür kann Guerlain natürlich nichts. Aber: lt. geltendem EU Recht trägt der Händler das Versandrisiko und ist verpflichtet Ersatz zu senden oder den Betrag zurückzuerstatten. Erst hieß es, sie müssten recherchieren. Würde ich verstehen wenn das ganze Paket fehlen würde, aber so ist doch klar, dass der Inhalt nicht mehr auftaucht. Von Woche zu Woche hält man mich hin, obwohl ich längst vom Vertrag zurückgetreten bin. Auf die versprochene Rückzahlung warte ich bis heute. Das ist mehr als nur unterirdisch und eigentlich nicht mal 1 Stern wert.

Het pakket met de parfum is door de pakjesdienst achtergelaten aan de gemeenschappelijke brievenbussen en gestolen.

Terwijl het pakket levering in persoon was.

De klantendienst via mail is absoluut geen hulp. De parfum was een eindejaarsgeschenk, maar tot op heden 06/02/2026 is dit probleem nog steeds niet opgelost.

Bestel geen Guerlain online, want als uw pakket verloren geraakt is er absoluut geen ondersteuning!

Ich habe als Geschenk einen schönen Lippenstift und ein Case bestellt, das Case ist super 👍🏻 aber als ich die kleine Schachtel mit dem Lippenstift öffnen wollte hab ich schon gespürt da ist was lose , der Lippenstift war kaputt ! Ich habe Fotos gemacht und dem Kundenservice geschrieben und über zwei Wochen schreibe ich denen und der Kundenservice macht nichts . So einen schlechten Kundenservice hab ich noch nie erlebt! Bin super enttäuscht und werde nie wieder dort etwas bestellen .

J'ai demandé une prolongation exceptionnelle pour pouvoir profiter de mes points fidélité et me commander un cadeau mais cela m'a été refusé !! Une telle maison avec cette réputation ! Incapable d'un geste commercial qui ne coute rien ? Les exceptions se font dans toutes les maisons...il suffit de le vouloir !!

Non mi sono trovata bene con tutta la linea Abeille royale ( olio , crema notte e crema giorno) ho speso un occhio della testa e ho dovuto accantonare tutto perché mi si è presentata l’acne
Il dermatologo ha controllato l’inci e mi ha riferito che non è assolutamente priva di chimica, anzi, e troppo grassa per me
