Una experiencia como cliente pésima. Incumplimiento absoluto de los plazos de entrega. Compramos un producto el 15/12/2024 que indicaba de 2 a 5 días para entrega y a fecha 06/01/2025 no se había recibido. Tampoco se recibió información, aclaración o disculpa alguna. El día 6 de enero he pedido la cancelación y la página no cuenta con un centro de mensajería. Así que, no se puede ver el mensaje enviado, por lo que no hay trazabilidad sobre las comunicaciones con ellos. Ahora tenemos incertidumbre sobre como responderán a nuestra petición de cancelación y si tendremos que iniciar una disputa a través de PayPal. TODO UN ABSOLUTO DESASTRTE!!!!

Pire magasin de vente en ligne. Première fois que je commande chez eux et ce sera la dernière. Une commande de plus de 100 euros. Reçu la commande abîmée et pas moyen de trouver une solution de leur part. Bande d'incompétent !!!!

Esta empresa son estafadores... todo lo que ponen de productos en su pagina, no lo tienen en el almacen. Cobran su dinero y al mismo momento piden esta cosa en la china a su direccion... y tarda para llegar mas que 2 semanas... les mandan al correo electronico un mensaje que sus tranportistas informan por un retraso que affecta a todo el mundo pero es una mentira... No comprais nada en esta pagina. Atencion al cliente no hacen nada solo le repiten cada vez a esperar su pedido... Necesitaba un procesador para ordenador urgente, que ponian entrega 2-3 dias, al final llevo 2 semanas esperandolo... Una estafa!

Platte war als auf Lager und mit lieferzeit von 2-5 Tagen aufgelistet - nach mehr als zwei Wochen immer noch nicht geliefert oder dispatched - dann Auskunft vom Suopport , dass sie angeblich bestellt wird - inzwischen mit Lieferzeit 12-15 Tagen gelistet - ein totales Chaos ! Kein serioeses Unternehmen - canceln ist auch nur ueber Helpdesk moeglich und wurde bislang nicht bestaetigt ! Scam...

All their products are listed with "Delivery to GB in 3-7 working days".

It's a scam plain and simple. I ordered on the 8th November. My order sat on "processing" for 12 days.

I emailed multiple times explaining that I've ordered other products that rely on this one, and their return windows are running out, do I need to cancel?

They informed me that "there was a problem with our website which deleted your item from stock while you were ordering" (Something I've now seen they tell everyone). They ignored my requests for shipping info until they finally "Dispatched" the item 12 days later.

I say "Dispatch" in quotes because it's really just from their own warehouse to their dispatch centre.

At which point, only after it's too late to cancel, they then decide to finally tell you "Our couriers have a significant backlog, your shipment may be delayed".

They use PostNL. It's been 16 days and PostNL still have no knowledge of the parcel.

They continuously blame "International shipping delays" despite providing me with the tracking info to show that the international shipping part HASNT EVEN STARTED. And despite admitting they didn't even start the dispatch process until I pestered them 12 days after the order.

These guys are utterly shameless scammers.

Oh, and they'll hit you with hidden customs fees not listed anywhere at all in the invoice or on the order.

Even if they're £500 cheaper than everywhere else, don't do it.

I'm now told by PostNL that my parcel should be with me by January, and Grooves have the audacity to say my request for cancellation "arrived too late" despite multiple attempts to clarify before dispatch and even though the item hasn't even left their country.

But it's fine they assure me, if it ever arrives, I can return at my own expense.

"3-7 working days".

Horrible experience! The company wasn’t transparent about the full costs—prices shown at checkout didn’t match the final amount because my order was over £135. They didn’t disclose that I’d have to cover additional customs fees, which I only found out after the fact. Shipping fees also weren’t clear up front. This lack of transparency led to delays and unexpected charges.

I’d never recommend this store—hidden fees and unclear pricing are a nightmare (which the prices are sneakily hidden in the terms and conditions which weren’t made clear from the get go) 1/5!

I was looking for a CD that I couldn't find anywhere, but luckily I found it at Grooves Land. Ordering was easy and the price was great. I ultimately ordered several CDs and I was kept informed of the status of the order. When it was shipped I received a message about this and when I inquired about the order I was answered quickly and correctly by an employee. Yesterday I received the order in good condition. All in all i had a great experience and I would definitely return to Groove Land. They've got a new fan. Keep up the good work!

The items arrived brand-new and sealed and very well protected by the packaging. I was kept updated at all times with the tracking. Grooves.land were a pleasure to deal with and I will again.

I ordered 2 Kingston SD cards that were 30% cheaper than other retailers. I received a notification email that they had been dispatched and apart from them taking a little bit longer than usual retailers they Arrived about a week later. I also sent an email to inquire after a week and received a response back and sure enough they arrived a day or two later. A great price and a satisfied customer.
