Auf der Bestellseite wurde die Ware als vorrätig (grün) bezeichnet und in 1-3 Tagen lieferbar angezeigt. Nach ca. 5 Tagen wurde jeden Tag das Lieferdatum um einen weiteren Tag nach hinten versetzt. Das ging Tag für Tag weiter so! Nach schriftlicher Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, die Ware sei nicht vorrätig und man wüsste auch nicht wann sie es wieder wäre. Ich musste den Auftrag an einer anderen Adresse stornieren. Dann hieß es, Rückerstattung nach 2-4 Werktagen. Auch das wurde nicht eingehalten und ich musste wieder eine schriftliche Beschwerde abgeben. Erst dann wurde der Betrag erstattet! Als ich parallel die Ware bei einer anderen Firma bestellte, war sie nach drei Tagen angekommen, noch lange bevor man bei Grooves mir das Geld zurück erstattet hatte! Vorauskasse bei Grooves ist nicht zu empfehlen. Hier werde ich nie wieder kaufen!

Evitar está plataforma por todos los medios, tendréis problemas con lo que pidáis, con lo que paguéis y os volverán locos para recuperarlo. Contestan con mensajes automáticos para dar largas. Pero tú pasta no vuelve como no insistas hasta acabar con la paciencia.
En mi caso llevo más de un mes esperando un pago que hice por error y es imposible, he tenido que reclamarlo por el banco y aun no sé si lo recuperaré.
BOICOT a estos atracadores.

Paid for 1-3 tracked day shipping. They didn't create the dispatch label untill day 5 and this didn't start showing any movement until 3 weeks from ordering.

I email number of times asking for updates to be told it can take upto a month. Then I asked to cancel and refund as tracking had not shown as even collected but this was refused and I was told I could only get a refund if I wait till it comes then return zt my own expense even though this was not even showing as collected by the courier at this point.

My purchase was for a birthday present but this missed this terribly.

Will never use this company again nor will anyone I know.

I was trying to find some special film for my 3d camera. I had been unable to find it until I came across Grooves.com. They had it in stock! They shipped it to me in time for my trip to Egypt. I am excited about getting 3d images of the pyramids and other architectural wonders, thanks to Grooves!

I purchased a new PC motherboard and they shipped me a used one. I immediately emailed customer service and they claimed, based on my pictures, that it was damaged in shipping. I don't know how you deduce that from images, especially when it was clearly previously used (all protective film removed and M.2 impressions in the thermal tape). The CS rep wanted me to take it to the post office and have them declare it was damaged in shipping and then they would work with me. He essentially told me to commit insurance fraud or they wouldn't help me.
I have been dealing with this issue for over two months already and it is still not resolved. I sent the motherboard back with a note to cancel my contract for a refund (it clearly states you have 30 days to do so). It was sent nearly a month ago and they still haven't received it.
This is an extremely shady, unreliable company to do business with. Being in the US and they are based in Germany, I have no direct access and can only communicate through email. Their CS reps are trained to make issues the buyers problem. I am now out over $400, have no motherboard and I expect that will be the final result.

I ordered "Sir Douglas Quintet
The Complete Mercury Recordings (5CD Box)" from Grooves.Land Records. The price was interesting. It took some time for delivery, but at last, the boxset is here. I am very satisfied and recommend this seller.

2 weeks waiting for a electric razor and I'm still waiting.. hopefully it will arrive eventually..

For some reason the order took 4 working days to get processed and f4after that i have been waiting for 6 working days.

I bought a CD for 55.6 euros, and they never shipped the product. After a month, I inquired, and they told me they were out of stock and would restock soon, but it's been over 3 months without any news. I demanded a refund, and they only refunded me 44.10 euros. That means GrovedLand stole 11.5 euros from me. They're such scoundrels. It was supposed to be my first purchase from that website, but it's not any more, and I don't recommend it.

This is a very strange company to deal with and although I'm very happy with my purchase, it turned up today, I'm not entirely sure that I would use them again for the following reasons.

The company claim to waive shipping charges for items over £25.31. My item was in the region of £35.00 but they still charged for delivery. It wasn't much, around £2.50 so I didn't mind, but to maintain trust with your customers you should adhere to the claims you are making.

When ordering my item it said on the website that the item was in stock and would take 3-7 workdays for delivery. OK I can live with that. But after day 7 the shipping date changed to a day or two later. On day 9 it had changed again. When I enquired about this I was told that there were problems securing the item from the supplier. So much for it being in stock.

After a couple of more days slipped by, I informed the company that I wanted to cancel. The website says you can do this if within 30 days. This was refused so I said I would get my bank to chargeback the money to my account. The company then created a delivery tracking ticket same day to show that the item was on it's way. Though evidently it was not.

Today, 18 days (14 work days) after making my order the item arrived. It is exactly what I was looking for and I have tested it to make sure it is working. I'm currently very pleased with it. How much happier would I be if this company had been more open about their stock levels, delivery dates and charges. For days I thought that I must have fallen victim to a scam. Buyer beware.

Trotz zweiwöchiger Wartezeit und einer immensen Geduldsprobe, kam dann doch die CD mit der Post zu.
Die CD kam unversehrt und in der original Verpackung. Allerdings kam dieser Versand aus dem Ausland (Niederlande) und das wusste man zuvor nicht, da der Verkäufer nur spärliche Informationen darüber gab. Die Kommunikation verlief ebenfalls spärlich bis auf eine einzige Rückmeldung das der Versand zwar unterwegs sei, jedoch als Standard Brief!

Wie dem auch sei, ich bin zufrieden.

Una experiencia como cliente pésima. Incumplimiento absoluto de los plazos de entrega. Compramos un producto el 15/12/2024 que indicaba de 2 a 5 días para entrega y a fecha 06/01/2025 no se había recibido. Tampoco se recibió información, aclaración o disculpa alguna. El día 6 de enero he pedido la cancelación y la página no cuenta con un centro de mensajería. Así que, no se puede ver el mensaje enviado, por lo que no hay trazabilidad sobre las comunicaciones con ellos. Ahora tenemos incertidumbre sobre como responderán a nuestra petición de cancelación y si tendremos que iniciar una disputa a través de PayPal. TODO UN ABSOLUTO DESASTRTE!!!!
