Ho acquistato un loro prodotto che non è mai arrivato. Non c'è modo di contattarli: ho provato a scrivere ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Una vera truffa!

Customer service was responsive to questions and the product was delivered in a timely way. I had been concerned about many bad reviews but my experience was positive and I would do business with them again. They had an item that was out of stock in the United States and they fully met what was listed on their website.

So, I didn't actually get the album I wanted, but I had a great experience with the customer service team and I am thoroughly happy with the results. They were professional and helpful.

Fast response and friendly customer support! I recently purchased some GPUs since these models were not available in the United States (or available but sitting at steeper price). I was hesitant to buy from grooves.land at first but after looking up the website and seeing that they were a legit business, I decided to make the purchase.

This is easily one of my new favorite websites ever. I would even put them in the league of Newegg and Microcenter based on how professional and competitive their prices are. Based on my own price matching, they even beat Amazon, Microcenter, and Newegg with the product ranges and prices.

Obviously I would rather support local supply shops because it's much greener in the long run, but if stock was an issue and if I could get a significantly better price somewhere else, I'd rather wait a couple of weeks to get the product I actually want instead of settling for something else that I would have to replace somewhat soon-ish.

Only slight hitch was the language barrier on the website, (German) which sometimes crops its head up. Otherwise this site allowed me to purchase as a guest, without asking for phone numbers and codes and all of that other unnecessary Orwellian malarkey. My order arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Thank you!

j'ai hésité vu les avis négatifs, mais je me suis lancée
et ne le regrette pas. Commande arrivée en 10 jours , super bien emballée (c'est un vinyle) je suis ravie.
Je savais qu'il pouvait y avoir du retard , c'est un envoi international, donc faut savoir patienter.
Je recommanderai chez Groove.

J'ai passer commande d'un boitier d'ordinateur chez eux en début de mois.
l'entreprise a attendu une semaine pour me dire qu'il n'avais plus le boitier en stock... ils vendent donc des produits non dispo.

j'ai voulu économiser quelques euros en passant par ce site ce que je ne referais plus...

Bonjour je reviens ici car j'ai un soucis
Ils m'ont envoyer un mail pour l'annulation de la commande le 08/02/2024 en me disant qu'ils allaient recréditer mon compte bancaire sous 2 a 5 jours ouvrés car j'ai payer par virement bancaire.
Aujourd'hui le 19/02/2024 je n'ai toujours rien reçu alors que cela fais 7 jours

ne jamais commander sur ce site. Commande jamais reçu et aucunes réponses au mail.

Ich habe heute erstmalig bei grooves-inc.at. einen Film um ca. 18.00 Euro bestellt und als Zahlungsweise google pay gewählt, woraufhin das Handy immer wieder abstürzte, als ich in mein online-banking ging, um die Transaktion zu überprüfen. Da ich die Daten meiner Debitkarte bekanntgegeben hatte, sperrte die Bank aus Sicherheitsgründen meine Bankomatkarte, was für mich mit vielen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden ist. Anscheinend liegt hier eine Sicherheitslücke vor! Es ist auch niemand telefonisch erreichbar! Ich bin nun eine Woche oder länger ohne Bankomatkarte, bis ich eine neue bekomme, und kann kein Geld abheben oder überweisen und muss immer eigens zur Bank gehen. Nie wieder werde ich dort etwas bestellen! Ich werde das auf jeden Fall beim Konsumentenschutz melden.
