I've had at least 10 pairs of Grisport boots, walking shoes and shoes. Perfect fit and always immediately comfortable. And they last for ages.

I have had several pairs of boots from this company and their product,as far as I am concerned,is excellent and will buy again when necessary.

I put my order on Friday 04/09/26 and I chose the next day delivery which suppose to be on Saturday 05/09/26,on Saturday I call one of your staff answer, I ask him what time i will receive my order he told me that I will receive my order on Tuesday 08/09/26 ,I told him that I have chosen the option next day delivery with cost me five pounds, he was not polite very bad customer service,he didn't want me to talk,and he told me to setup and he cut the phone. I will never order from you again and I will put a review on Google to let people know about you service.

I purchased a pair of Leap Navy walking shoes. As with the other grisport footwear they were a good comfortable fit. However, my first walk in wet grass proved that this pair were not waterproof. My socks were destroyed and my feet were dyed black for a few weeks I sent a photo and returned the shoes to Grisport. They offered a refund. However, I had used AmazonPay to buy the shoes and experienced difficulties, Grisport did not respond to emails and I ended up phoning them where I spoke to Gavin who was of little help. I eventually got the money from Amazon - but the shoes and the customer service from Grisport were not good. My recommendation - do not use AmazonPay. I was offered a replacement pair by Grisport but since the first pair were not waterproof I was put off. Usually a good company,but this experience left a sour taste.

Cannot fault these boots, the only problem is that- because they last five years or so constant wear, replacing a favourite pair is impossible, as their design team have moved on? Sizing is accurate, (European), comfortable out of the box.

Excellent walking boots, very comfortable on first wear. Free walking sock, laces and neck gaiter so very good value too.

Arrived swiftly- Ordered these socks online as I bought the exact ones a couple of years ago and I love these socks - so comfy and good quality.

Sizing is way out. Ordered size 6(39) but my toes were curling up so will be returning. Dissapointed because I’d previously ordered boots and they have been just right on size. I’m a size 6 and have always ordered 6. Also, just not sure of the material won’t reorder this style may try another type.

Efficient service and response to the order. The accessories pack provided was better than I had expected too so that was a big bonus. Then though it was posted to my local Post Office as opposed to the house, so I had to go and collect it. A bit odd, or did I click something wrong?
