Well priced and comfortable boots
Well priced boots that are immediately comfortable and arrived very quickly. This is my second pair from Grisport. The first pair are 5 years old and are still going strong, if finally showing their mileage. Highly recommended.

Love Grisport footwear
The shoes arrived quickly and, just like previous shoes and boots I’ve had from Grisport, they were comfortable straight out of the box. I went for a five-mile walk in them with absolutely no problems.
I always buy my walking footwear from Grisport because I know I can rely on the fit and comfort. To top it off, these shoes are also excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Comfortable shoes & easy return
Well, shoes that fitted me well as soon as I tried them on were the blue size 44’s, so the others (43’s and different colour) have already been sent back. The return process is simple because the paperwork was already in the box. First time customer 15% discount was great too!

Should have been great, alas not so
Ordering was easy and delivery quick.
The boots arrived with some scratches, staining and a gouge on them.
I did email and got a generic auto response.
I decided to keep the boots rather than go thru the return process and lengthy wait and
the boots are actually good and serve their purpose, but arriving as if already being returned by another customer and the lack of customer service has put me off ordering again.
Shame really.

We’re sorry that the boots arrived in this condition and that the response you received felt generic. They certainly should not have reached you with scratches, staining or a gouge. That is not how we expect goods to be delivered.
We are currently trialling a well-known AI-based customer service system to help us answer common enquiries more quickly. It is still being refined and, in this instance, it clearly did not give your complaint the individual attention it deserved. We apologise for that.
We’re pleased the boots themselves are performing well, but completely understand why the condition on arrival and subsequent response have left you disappointed.
Comfort and durability
I've had at least 10 pairs of Grisport boots, walking shoes and shoes. Perfect fit and always immediately comfortable. And they last for ages.

I put my order on Friday 04/09/26 and I chose the next day delivery which suppose to be on Saturday 05/09/26,on Saturday I call one of your staff answer, I ask him what time i will receive my order he told me that I will receive my order on Tuesday 08/09/26 ,I told him that I have chosen the option next day delivery with cost me five pounds, he was not polite very bad customer service,he didn't want me to talk,and he told me to setup and he cut the phone. I will never order from you again and I will put a review on Google to let people know about you service.

We are particularly concerned by your description of the telephone conversation. This is not the standard of service we expect from our team, and we would like to investigate what happened. Please contact us privately with your order number and the approximate time of your call so that we can look into both the delivery charge and the way your call was handled.
Shoes not waterproof - poor customer service
I purchased a pair of Leap Navy walking shoes. As with the other grisport footwear they were a good comfortable fit. However, my first walk in wet grass proved that this pair were not waterproof. My socks were destroyed and my feet were dyed black for a few weeks I sent a photo and returned the shoes to Grisport. They offered a refund. However, I had used AmazonPay to buy the shoes and experienced difficulties, Grisport did not respond to emails and I ended up phoning them where I spoke to Gavin who was of little help. I eventually got the money from Amazon - but the shoes and the customer service from Grisport were not good. My recommendation - do not use AmazonPay. I was offered a replacement pair by Grisport but since the first pair were not waterproof I was put off. Usually a good company,but this experience left a sour taste.

We’re also sorry you had to chase us by phone about your refund. We should have responded to your emails and explained the refund process clearly, regardless of how you paid. We understand why you chose a refund rather than another pair, and we’re sorry we let you down.
