Scarponi praticamente nuovi usati una volta forse dopo sei anni ho aperto la scatola per indossarli la suola era appicicosa e mi sono accorto che erano praticamente marci si sgretolavano.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä Grisport UK
Ci dispiace sapere dell’accaduto.
Boots very comfortable
Boots are extremely comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box. Have yet to check for how waterproof or how well the grip performs in mud. Very prompt delivery.

Very happy with my new Grisport shoes
Very happy with my new Grisport shoes. I have had Dartmoor GTX in the past and was very happy with them, my last shoes were Tilbury and are light and comfortable but I think the tread has worn too quickly I decided to buy with Vibram sole again, hoping for a bit more longevity. Grisport are so easy to wear, they are my default choice.
Service and delivery is fast, I know my size so very easy to get sorted.

Ready to wear all day straight from the box…
I chose Grisport after reading previous reviews and I have to say every single one was true to their word. They’re like slippers. I am broad across the toes and they fit beautifully no pinching, plenty of room and ready to wear from the box.

Excellent quality and service
The Dartmoor walking shoes were perfect from day one, if you are a size 7 and like wearing walking socks then size 41 is for you. From ordering to receiving my shoes was so straight forward, I was kept informed all the way. Will be buying again!

My package hasn’t arrived
The delivery has been very slow. My package still hasn’t arrived. It was delayed for some reason. Now I have to collect it from the DPD depot which seems very odd these days when the vans are in our area all the time and deliver to our address regularly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion.
When this order was placed, the free DPD Pickup option was selected, with the local pickup point on Fulford Road chosen as the delivery location. It has therefore been sent there for collection rather than to your home address. Your previous two orders were delivered successfully to your address because home delivery was selected on those occasions.
We appreciate that this may not have been clear during checkout, so we will review how the delivery options and collection-point details are displayed on our website. Please contact our customer service team if you need any help locating or collecting your parcel.
Great walking shoes from an established manufacturer
Ordered direct for shoes that I have bought in the past from stores and know to be of excellent quality and a good fit (they require absolute minimum "breaking in"). Received correct size in a timely manner, plus a free "gift pack" of outdoor-related items. I'd still prefer to buy from stores where I can try them on first, but sadly there are none within a reasonable distance of where I live.
