I bought a pair of walking boots from this company about a year ago. I wear them almost every day and have found them utterly reliable, comfortable from day one and totally waterproof.
So far, I have not worn the walking shoes yet.
However the package arrived swiftly the contents were extremely good value and the package contained extras that I’m going to find useful free of charge

Easy to use Grisport online shopping.

The Vibram logos attached to the sole of my Grisport Argon Walking shoes fell off on the first day I wore them. This leaves a rather ugly indentation in the side of the shoe where the logos should be.

I contacted Grisport immediately but they did not reply.

I was introduced the Grisport footwear a number of years ago, my first purchase was a pair of 'Dartmoor' walking shoes. I found that these shoe were comfortable to wear straight from the box, my first pair lasted for quite a period of time [and mileage] walking the dog and general low level walking before they became unserviceable. Since the first pair I have purchased a number of pairs of 'Dartmoor' walking shoes, in addition to these I have purchased and worn a pair of 'Thunder' walking boots for the wet weather and wellingtons for the wetter periods, these I have found to be quite comfortable and serviceable for the purpose the were purchased for.
When contacting the suppliers for information and queries and merit of the various types of footwear I have found the individuals I have spoken with to be knowledgeable on the products and very helpful in their suggestions. Their service has been very good.
The returning or exchange of footwear has been very easy with very little delay.

Great service good quality boots

This is the second pair of boots I've bought from Grisport and if they're as comfortable as the first pair I'll be very happy. I wore them almost daily for gardening and walking and they lasted for 3 years.
I ordered this pair on a Friday and they were delivered on the Monday which, considering we live in the Highlands, is impressive.
I've only been wearing the new boots around the house but they are comfortable and as well made as my last pair.

I have ordered shoes that were to go to a London address.
For some reason Grisport send them to a collection point that was impossible for me to go to.
I have asked Grisport why and please send to my correct and clearly indicated address.
They tell me they can't and basically have treated my request with a cavalier attitude.
What is wrong with them..they have my money and surely they can look after a good customer?

To order was easy and quick very happy with my boots a nice touch to include free gifts..however
DPD courier service terrible didn,t attempt to find my address my parcel was left 2 street away £115 boots!!with a photo showing the bottom half of some random person and unknown doorway had to use facebook to track it down

Brilliant boots, (Rampage) delivered on time and took advantage of a discount code so cheaper than usual. This is the 3rd pair bought by the family, best boots I have ever had, totally comfortable from new, waterproof and resilient these were bought to replace a 5 year old pair that have finally started wearing on the heels after thousands of miles... Uppers are still good though with regular use of dubbin. Hope Grisport keep making them so I can buy more when these eventually die!!
