Yrityksen kirjoittama
Grisport produced its first pair of walking boots in 1977, at the foot of the Dolomites in Italy – a region known for rugged landscapes, demanding trails and a deep heritage of craftsmanship. Since then, Grisport has grown into one of Europe’s leading outdoor footwear manufacturers, producing over 20,000 pairs of boots every day and offering more than 5,000 product models across its range. Built on a commitment to comfort, durability and performance, Grisport boots are designed for people who spend time outdoors – whether you’re heading out for a weekend walk, tackling tough hill routes, or simply looking for reliable everyday footwear that can handle the British weather. Our product collections include a wide variety of styles, from lightweight walkers to hard-wearing leather boots, with many designs featuring key technologies such as waterproof membranes, supportive footbeds and high-traction outsoles. Sustainability is also important to us. Grisport’s main factory in Italy is one of the greenest in Europe, running almost entirely on solar energy, helping reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This Trustpilot page relates to the official UK consumer website only, where customers can shop the widest selection of Grisport products and receive dedicated UK service and support. Bought for the colder months as presented as waterproof with a 'waterproof membrane'. My boots didn't get the memo as on a morning with heavy dew, I came home with wet and cold feet. Very disappointed and could not recommend.

Vastaus yritykseltä Grisport UK
We’re sorry your feet got wet. These boots should keep your feet dry in heavy dew, so there may be a fault with the waterproof lining.
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of where you bought the boots. If they were purchased within the last 12 months, we can assess them under our warranty and replace them if we find a fault.
