Nice boots, great service.
Prompt dispatch however DPD failed to deliver on the day they said they would but came the day after! Unfortunately got confused with the sizing & so had ordered the wrong size but when I contacted customer support they were so friendly & helpful & all sorted now! The replacement pair were sent via Royal Mail this time & all went to plan. The return was very clear & easy to do also. Haven't worn my walking shoes as yet but seem very comfortable, light & look lovely. I will leave another review once I have walked in them!

Fantastic customer service from Grisport. I emailed their customer service department who asked me to send my (already worn walking shoes, and they asked me to return them so that they could inspect them. Next day I received a full refund. I have of course ordered a different pair with a wider toebox.

Earlier this month I purchased a pair of Grisport Icarus walking shoes in my usual size because they claimed to be wide fitting. I mistakenly believed that this referred to the whole shoe. Unfortunately the toe section isn't wide, and after wearing them on a city break for a few days my little toes began to rub and become sore. The toe area of the shoe tapers, thus cramping my toes. Obviously I should have tested them more by walking around the house in them for a bit, then returned them. It's too late now. I shall have to attempt to stretch the affected area of the shoe. It's a pity because the shoes are well made and the delivery was very quick. Take note if you have broad feet across the toes!

Product seems well made
Product seems well made. Extremely comfortable to wear so far and if this continues the price was good for the quality.
Postage was well packaged and the free gifts were an added bonus which were appreciated.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Opened the box, tried the shoes on, took them off and finished the lacing up and went out. I had to stop as I didn’t tie the lace on the right foot tight enough and since then they have been worn every time I went out.

I bought a pair of walking boots from this company about a year ago. I wear them almost every day and have found them utterly reliable, comfortable from day one and totally waterproof.
So far, I have not worn the walking shoes yet.
However the package arrived swiftly the contents were extremely good value and the package contained extras that I’m going to find useful free of charge
