Went to winter steam hambrook , one person serving , no o e eating ordered a meal and then my mrs ordered the drinks in the app , 20 minutes later and still no drink, are these people really that lazy or what .

16.20 for 1 glass of prosecco, 1 pint of fruit cider and a glass of tap water - which we realised when checking prices after purchase we must have been charged for! - insane prices at Waverly Winter Green. Genuinely couldnt believe it.

Hi if this is how your taps are left working can u understand why we have a drought in the summer ? Not just 1 toilet both at Travellers joy!! I have videos of them if u need proof that use need to address this it's sad to see !!

Ye Olde Starre Inne. This is a real ‘olde’ genuine pub, serving a superb lunch. We entertained an elderly relative there today and we totally looked after by the two staff. The steak and ale pies, olde starre burger and, chocolate and caramel torte were really delicious.

I recently went to Quays pub restaurant for a carvery meal in Northampton. I am autistic and slightly dyslexic and don’t see signage especially if I have been going there for years when I pop over from Peterborough to visit my uncle.
I was unaware that the car had to be registered within the premises to avoid picking up a parking fine.
Neither the person behind the counter or the waitress mentioned this to me.
So when a PF arrived in the post I was caught totally unaware.
I contacted GK who looked into the case and then had it cancelled.
So I would like to thank GK for their support.

Went. To the pippin in Maidstone for family birthday terrible service , expensive , steaks only come out red - couldn’t have them any other way , nachos come out with no cheese on it at all

We had to ask for the food after waiting an hour and then surprise surprise the food come out

2years to 82 years Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and gave us 2 tables in an alcove Perfect for us and hopefully not causing annoyance to other diners as were a bit noisy
Having finally placed our order the meals arrived together within30 minutes
Everyone without exception expressed. Their pleasure at the quality of the food and service and a pleasant surprise at the Bill so value for money as well as really good service Well done to all in the kitchen and front of house

As a regular several times a week to our local pub which is a chef and brewer owned by green king greedy brewery. Having changed drinks due to ridiculous price hikes for a less than suburban area. We then find out this evening that special occasions like Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas and new year are no longer eligible for friends and family 15% discounts. Seriously you greedy short sighted idiots. As locals we are what keeps your pubs afloat in times of crisis or floods or general slumps. Get your buzz word not a clue spread sheet heads out of your backsides and learn how to organise a pee up in a brewery. Seriously with everything price wise going through the roof you think it’s a good idea to hit us with another hike. Friends and family is an incentive to drink and eat in your pubs. We were going to go this year on New Year’s Eve. Now we aren’t. We won’t be alone in this decision so well done for banging another nail in the coffin of your own business you total clueless idiots.

Hi was a lovely day in pub food was amazing and service by Jill was fantastic will come again and recommend to anyone .

The food was terrible was send back 11 of us family night out we have always come to the three elms cardiff we had children with us and was sat next to I think was a poker night with a lot of swearing plates let on our table even when sweets were brought over gone down hill time fined some were else

Getting good staff is difficult. Gordon Arms Peterborough has done it. Wendy,Libby and Rhianon are really excellent and provide a warm welcome and excellent service. Food is good value for money, pleasant environment and cheerful welcome made for a very relaxing lunch.

I keep receiving promotions from Green King that are either not worth bothering with, or are impractical to use.

Went to Flaming Grill on Bolton Road, Chorley for my mums 79th birthday on Friday 20th February with family and the staff (especially Sarah) went above and beyond to make our experience a great one.
Nothing was too much hassle. We had that much of a great time that we went back the following week.
The food was great, the waiting time was really good and the staff was excellent. It’s a nice welcoming place x

My wife and I were due to meet friends at a restaurant near Oxford St today and due to public transport timings it made sense to do a pit stop at a pub nearby before we all met up to ensure we weren’t late. We did a google search and chose ‘Blue Posts’ because Greene King were supposedly offerring a deal for £3 a pint Peroni for the 27 Feb ‘pay day weekend’. To get this offer you were compelled to download the Greene King app (they want your data), so I did that. BUT when I went to Blue Posts to then get the offer was I told it wasn’t available. Totally cynical miss -selling.
I for one will never buy from them again.
A company not to be trusted……
I wouldn’t normally bother to do this kind of review but I’m sick and tired of politicians/corporate entities thinking they can rely on sufficient apathy to get away with lying and misrepresentation without consequences.

Honestly would really give one star. Received the email offering £3 a pint. So we all download the app and guess what it doesn't work. Even showed this to the bar staff and thEy did nothing.

Wealden hall lunch today was exceptional ,salmon and prawns plus fish and chips and a drink all served with a smile from Kerry and another staff member, will certainly visit again, also will recommend to friends

Booked a table at Overstone Manor, Northampton to have our Sunday evening meal. It was 10 minutes before someone came to seat us then having bought our drinks and paid for a carvery there was only one choice of meat left which was gammon being sliced as thinly as possible as they were no doubt in fear of running out of that. Having complained to the manager Sabrina she offered us a refund and explained they had been busy and run out of meat. We stayed as it was too late to try and eat somewhere else and were eventually offered ‘a free cup of coffee or something to drink’ while we were eating but declined as we already had bought drinks!
Needless to say will not be going back again…..

We booked for Sunday lunch. We have done this before and not had any problems but, this time we were most disappointed.
There were too few staff for the amount of people who followed us in; 1 bar tender, 1 table attendant and what appeared to be an assistant manager flitting between the kitchen and the restaurant.
The food, when it arrived was poor to say the least. 2 very thin slices of bacon slicer cut beef, 4 deep fried roast potatoes and 'seasonal veg' of peas and carrots and stuffing?, (with roast beef?), and gravy (powdered and made up) thick enough to stand a spoon in. Impressed? neither were we.
The service was slow and the food had been under heat lamps for a while.
We ate, paid and left.
It was a shame because we have had some great meals here and good family occasions.
