Greenarc Arvostelua 25

We opened a Keyfuels account with Greenarc in Oct 2023. The initial prices where below local pump prices by about 4-5p per litre. Since then I didn't really review the prices as I assumed they would stay at the same level.

I then opened another account for another business in Jan 2024. I was assured both account prices would be linked "same savings" This was not the case. The newer account prices where considerably cheaper (7p per litre +VAT) as of today.

I raised this with my accounts manager this week, she replies there is a mistake... My new account should also be charged more to meet the higher prices of the 1st account!!! These higher prices are actually more than the pump price. I was told if I wasn't happy with that weeks price I should call in and discuss it. Eh No! the price should be the best price available. So basically you are going to get ripped by Greenarc if you don't price watch and phone in to complain about it.

We also have to pay £14.40 for each fuel card per year. This means we are running at a loss, as any savings that we might have saved do not even cover the price of the card.

The sales team (Cold caller) assured me when I opened the account I would save a lot. We have saved nothing. It has cost us money.

I am cutting my losses and I closed the newer account 2 days ago and I'm in the process of closing this one also.

In Summary:
Greenarc Fuelcard = Unsustainable

Amazing customer experience and nothing was too much trouble - had a last minute issue where we had to switch the location of the charge point (police confirmed a curb was being constructed where my parking bay was and would be surrounded by yellow lines!!) which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the team at Greenarc.

Special shout out to James for his guidance and also to the engineer who facilitated the installation in what could only be described as arctic conditions!!

Great comms, great availability to work around me and working from home. Tidy job, explained to me in advance and during and after, thanks!

We needed a smart EV charger very quickly after a house move. James Johnson organised this at top speed, there was no messing around or mess to clean up! James is available immediately if I have technical questions and is very helpful. I was also impressed at the many colour and design options of the Anderson charger, if I were to move again I would not hesitate to choose this again.

We were looking for an EV charger for an employee and approached Greenarc. Rob Cassidy was really knowledgeable, advised on some of the options available and ensured the team contacted me straight away. I was able to deal with the same person, James Johnson, all the way through. James was fantastic - prompt with his responses and kept me up to date all the way through, he really went out of his way to help. I can't recommend Greenarc enough, amazing service!
