Green Feathers Arvostelua

Bought a 3rd gen bird box camera, it was easy to set up and install, working fine with the mobile app, however it only works with that. Tried their every guide to make it work on computer, none of them worked, the camera onvif feature seem to be disabled, and there is an option for it to enable in the app, I just get a blank white page trying to turn it on. I purchased a camera for 200+$ and currently it has less features than a 30$ ip camera. Also their application is functioning very bad. I purchased an online storage to view the highlights that the motion detector caught, and when there are multiple videos, and I select one to play, a lot of times it just does not play because loading error, when it plays it always starts to play from the first video of the day. Way overpriced which would be acceptable if they provide a functioning software for it, but its not the case. I wrote their support regarding my problems, if they answer/fix it, I will update my review.

Update:
They responded and it seems like, as of the writing this review, the ONVIF feature which is required that you can watch the camera on your local network from computer, is only switchable from IOS device, so if you plan to use this feature, consider that you need an IOS device to enable it.
Their cloud service they offer for the camera(for a monthly subscription) is still working bad, most of the videos are not getting saved in their cloud, and not accessible to watch back later, I switched using a local SD card, it works fine with that.
Updated to 4 star because most of my issues were solved.

I didn’t receive the feeder as shown in your advertisement . The defender seems a great idea and seems to be working. Order and delivery was quick.

Rapid delivery and excellent camera, so easy to install in nest box.

Good product, good to see wildlife support.
One star less because I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive until 4 days later. Not sure if that is supplier problem or the courier

Quick delivery, good product

Bought two new cameras and they work absolutely perfect.
I recommend their products.

Quick delivery and everything as requested

Have had cables and cameras of you before with no problems

The box and camera were so easy to fit . We watched a beautiful little great tit build a nest over two weeks that in the matter of five minutes got wrecked by a sparrow and now are watching the sparrow build its mess of a nest .. nature brought onto your phone . Fascinating !

Prompt service for a replacement cable, which works perfectly

Confusing documentation and user guides

Absolutely amazing customer service and the product came in excellent condition. I strongly advice you buy one of their cameras. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!
